⭐️ Who else loves holiday crafts?!?!

I just love all the crafts i can do this time of year! From diy decorations to awesome diy gifts.. whats everyones favorite they have done? Mine was an ornament of a picture of my kiddo with glitter inside

Ooh, ooh! MEEE!

 

Last winter I made a little snowman with white pompoms. He has toothpicks for arms, black rhinestones for coal eyes and mouth, and a little scarf from a scrap of fabric. I used pale blue felt for the base and shiny-ed the heck out of it with iridescent glitter. I just want to cuddle him! But he is not sturdy, so looky- no- touchy *pout*.

 

Another one I like to do is ornaments made from old button- pins (the ones with the metal back and a laminated image on the front?). My favorite thrift store has a bin of them for 10 cents piece— hoorays for cheap craft supplies. I paint them with nail polish (‘cuz I have tooo much), and sparkle them with glitter (the defining feature of my work ), and add a little loop of ribbon for hanging. My bestest- ever one was a nighttime winter scene I made for my bestest- ever friend. I really like the idea of using photographs; I’m going to use that for sure (if you don’t mind me copying you?).

omg you sound like we would be such good friends!steal away. I get all my ideas on pinterest. I just print the pick out super small on paper from the computer.

We had craft time at work. I made a fish tank into a giant snow globe. Added the fake snow and come cute christmas tree ornament to hang from a plastic tupperware lid. The background was a snowy forest print out! So much fun. We also made miniature snow globes using mason jars and more ornaments and plastic figurines from the hobby store.

This weekend, Daddy and me are making salt dough ornaments, and if they turn out good, we're gonna paint them on Sunday with the kids at our church. :3 But I need some ideas for more Christmas crafts!!! <3

How do you other littles feel about crochet? I like to do it but I'm wondering if anyone else does it. I like making myself blankies. I also make security blankies for my local animal shelters. I know it's not holiday but it is crafting... lol

I love to crochet! Blankies are the best. I also use amigurumi patterns to make little animals!

This is not holiday related but I bought a bunch of little glass bottles and craft supplies from Michael's and I'm gonna turn them into video game potion bottles for various alcoholic beverages hehehe

I like to make all kinds of crafts. I have been coloring a lot lately fun pictures and saying with my colored pencils. I like to knit to too and really making things for gifts. I think I make more things for other people than me!

I just made a tutu and it turned out so well, it's made from sparkly pink and blue tulle with a pink ribbon... I also make my own wire wrap jewelry, I love DIY crafts and projects

There is also my Sticker-Book and my oven clay.

I decorated my old phone-case and was very proud!
