Whether you’’re out of the toybox, are still tucked safely in it or feel like reminiscing about your coming out experience this is the place to share, get advice or just show support!

"Coming out of the toybox" is such a cute expression! I'm personally having some trouble with how "out" I should aim to be. People close to me know that I am involved in BDSM, and a couple know about this, although they don't understand it and would've rather I didn't tell them. I took this last point as an example of "coming out" being damaging and so, I would be hesitant to do that again. Where do you guys stand, toybox-wise?

I have very few people who know but when I came out to them I acted as though it was a normal thing. I talked about it like I would most anything else. If you talk about it as though it's a normal thing (Ex. going shopping or doing chores or something else you do day to day) people won't usually react to as though it's as big of a deal.

Hope this helps
