Bluepandavideos, your paintings are so cute  push forward with your project, you'll make a great shop one day  :D

I wanted to share a DIY that anyone can make, I'm not sure how to attatch images, so I'll write the instructions here  but the DIY is also on my Instagram account :) here: https://www.instagram.com/p/CABVaninUxm/

Here are the instructions: it's a Surprize Jar, it contains prizes and rewards chosen by yourself and/or your CareGiver and you pick one after getting chores done (or whenever you want to!). The papers are folded so you can't tell which SurPrize you get, and you can decorate the jar however you'd like. It's really easy and customized, and you don't need a CareGiver, you can do one for yourself :) all you need is an empty, clean jar; some decorative materials you already have in your house; medium-sized pieces of paper with any prizes you want written in them (like a chocolate bar, or you get to pick a movie, or your CG has to give you a back rub) and that's it. You decorate the jar any way you want and then fold the papers so you can't see what's in them, and then you pick one randomly after completing a chore or whenever you feel like it!

It's super fun and it's a great encouragement to do things  :D

I thought this was really cute. I recently am adding Resin, Diorama projects to My to do list of creations. I mainly work on gardening projects with concrete since so many people have gardens where I live.

Here are some fun ideas I came across. I think you can modify any of these as a Caregiver or if you're a little/middle caring for yourself. You can modify them for rewards, tracking tasks, punishments, etc. I think these are just nice base ideas that you can be more creative with and fit them into whatever you need it for! Honestly, stuff that teachers have put together for their classrooms is a great place to look if you're stumped on things to add to your dynamic or to do for yourself if you're a little/middle with no CG.

Flower Rewards System

https://www.teachingwithkayleeb.com/the-best-whole-class-rewards-system-ever/

You can use this one to reward your little/middle with a petal at a time, and then at the end they get the designated rewards (there is a lot of info provided on how to use this and what some of the rewards can be).

Behavior Punch Cards

I like this one because it's small enough to fit in a wallet or a purse so it can be brought along anywhere you go.

Quiet Critters

https://inside.ewu.edu/managementtoolbox/quiet-critters/

This is a fun one because your little or middle can help you make these, and then you can use them for whatever. Maybe to calm a hyper partner down? Maybe they only come out when your little or middle is in their little/middle headspace? Your imagination is the limit on how you end up using these, and you can decorate them anyway you like!

A List of Multiple Ideas

The link below has some interesting ideas. I like the "Fix It Tickets" as an idea to work on behaviors or other things you might want to work on. The chatty beads or blurt beans might be good if you modified it for good/bad behavior to earn different rewards. Maybe if you go to bed on time you get a bead or a bean, but if you act like a brat you get one taken away. You could also use marbles or anything else that's kind of small and can be added to a jar. I think the shout out board is fun for a CG to encourage their little or middle, or for a little/middle to encourage themselves. The problem solving wheel might be nice for someone who struggles with emotions when overwhelmed.
