Guest Yali Posted February 8, 2020 Report Posted February 8, 2020 I couldn’t wait so I ordered the journal online I didn’t choose anything fluffy, because I found a Mauri Kunnas one, it’s absolutely adorable! I love Mauri Kunnas’ books!
Bubbles_and_Feathers Posted February 9, 2020 Report Posted February 9, 2020 I have two sections where I write a couple sentences about what I felt that day and why, and something I enjoyed about the day. It's simole but it works for me.
Guest QueenJellybean Posted February 9, 2020 Report Posted February 9, 2020 i keep my little journal as a daily exercise online on my tumblr! my Daddy reads it & it helps him get a good idea of how i'm doing, and how my day went if we didn't talk that much.
ged2130 Posted February 11, 2020 Report Posted February 11, 2020 This is the cover of my little journal I stickered it up! I have my rules, Daddy's rules, lists of punishments and rewards, list of things that make me feel little, some drawings, and a little bucket list inside it. Daddy and I also keep google slides with a lot of the same things on it since we're long distance. We use sticker charts on the slides and can keep a schedule that we can edit together. 2 1
Guest ♥️ Hayden Babygirl♥️ Posted March 12, 2020 Report Posted March 12, 2020 Does anyone do journals here for little space?what is inside of it and what do you write about? im wanting to start one just no clue where to start
mallowbite Posted March 13, 2020 Report Posted March 13, 2020 I do! It's more of a planner than a full journal, but it helps me do adult things and sort through adult thoughts even when I'm stressed and feel like I've had to be big for too long already. I got a super cute planner from yesstyle (which is a site that sells korean cosmetics, but also lots of adorable accessories and lifestyle items), I also bought stickers, gel pens, washi tape, and stamps. Usually I come up with a plan for how I want to design the page based on the theme. If I'm feeling relaxed and just want to reflect I have plant stickers and mini Van Gogh painting stickers. If it is about school assignments I have little cartoon cat stickers where they're studying, writing notes, or reading books. Etc. Then I decorate and choose a color gel pen that matches the aesthetic. I write around however I've organized the stickers and stuff on the page. I might put bullet points and make the bullets fun shapes like stars or hearts, or maybe try writing a paragraph in the prettiest, neatest handwriting I can. Honestly there's videos I watch of people making bullet journals on youtube. The videos themselves are relaxing and can give you some ideas or where to start in general, then it's just up to you to journal in a way that makes you feel little.
Guardian_Witcher Posted March 13, 2020 Report Posted March 13, 2020 Bullet journals are a style and method of journaling that can help you get organized and are especially helpful to people w attention deficit disorder. Regular journals where you just write about your day, feelings etc are good because it helps clear out a busy mind because once it's on paper, the mind relaxes. People have 2 types of focus. 1 is without remembering the term narrow focus, like when you concentrate on learning something. And the 2nd is diffused focus. It is part of your mind that pays attention generally and brings random ideas or things to do to your mind. Have you ever had something pop up in your mind like (need to do taxes, or buy milk), then you dont do that thing, forget about it, and it pops up later. That is what the diffused focused part of your mind does. Which I think is why writing your thoughts out helps to clear that repeating thought out of your mind. If you want to share your journal w your partner, google docs I'd a great way for both of you to have access to the same document. Best wishes and happy journaling! 1

RoraDaExplorer Posted October 3, 2020 Report Posted October 3, 2020 just started a little space journal, this is my intro. currently my goal is just once a month or so, because I know myself I will burn out and eventually get tired of it. 2
fushidarananeko Posted November 15, 2020 Report Posted November 15, 2020 (edited) I originally used a blank sketch book as my little journal. I currently have a tiny locking journal. But I really want to eventually find something that fits me better. And I keep lots of lists in mine! My personal rules, since I am without a caregiver. List of all my plushie's names. Things I want to get for my little space. List of my favourite movies and characters. And pages of stickers! Edited November 15, 2020 by fushidarananeko 2

Lollipox Posted December 18, 2020 Report Posted December 18, 2020 I am trying to get back into Journaling. I like writing lists for whatever reason. And trying to think of schedules or routines for myself. I wrote a kinda task list for my low energy or sick days. And I wrote a bunch of activities that might be fun to do with my imaginary Daddy ^-^ (I find writing to or about my imaginary Daddy kinda fun ^^) 2 1
LilDemonBaby Posted April 25, 2021 Report Posted April 25, 2021 oooh, this sounds so fun! i havent had an actual (just apps) journal in a long time! i have a doodle journal but i need to decorate the outside.
Lambchop Posted May 7, 2021 Report Posted May 7, 2021 (edited) *updated* to add photos of what I put together for myself! I have a bloom day planner that I write in every morning in order to make sure I start the day with grace for myself by wiping the slate clean. I usually write in that one on any poor decisions I've made like not hitting my step goal, staying up too late or not eating healthy. It's pretty but plain/ I've recently decided that while I've faithfully written in it all year there isn't much space to put any feelings into it when I have more to say. I've been thinking of trying an additional notebook for when I need to work through bigger things in my head. I also have a disc system planner which I decorate every week. I track my work items and make notes about appointments or big events in that one. I've tried to do separate ones for work versus personal but it took up too much time. I really like that fuzzy one in the beginning of this thread and am going see if I can find something similar and will probably set up something with all the recommendations.
