I don't have any cool pics yet. I just started a journal in a spiral notebook. I use it as a way to keep track of my chores/rewards. My foster son does a therapist mandatory "Feelings Journal" so I've nicked some ideas from it. Including how I felt today and why, five things I'm thankful for and five things I did well. I have my rewards system written the inside cover. :)

This is something I really want to start doing and all of your posts have given me a lot of inspiration to start one. I've done bullet journaling, smashbooking, and so I think this is right up my alley. Any excuse to use stickers! Hehe. I'll definitely post mine as I work on it. ^^

I'm thinking about making myself a little space journal/collage book with stickers and a record for my rules and medicine taking

Recently we started a Little Space Journal for me when my Daddy is doing homework or out of town (It's just a simple spiral notebook to get me started)

My Daddy will choose a few topics I can journal about and I get to pick which ones I work on at that time

Before bed time (or when he gets back) I get to talk about and show him what I worked on

I came up with over 100 things to fill my journal with
It was super fun coming up with things and just as much fun seeing what I get to pick from
(ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ*)

He went through the list to make sure it was all positive (He told me that he wants journaling to be a happy activity for me

We were shopping over the weekend, and someone must have decided they didn't want the journal and dropped it on a shelf. It's shiny, glittery and wonderful. So, I put it in my basket and brought it home. (Yes, I paid for it.)

I started writing in it this morning, and deciding what I want in it.

I am going to print out some pictures later today and glue them in.

Thank you for this lovely idea!

I think this would be super fun! A FB group. I just wish it was secret lol

The group cannot be made secret or no one wouod be able to see it or find it. It’s a closed so people can request to join and no one but group members can see who is in it.

I have been bullet journaling a few years, I did have a few pages of rules/safewords & stuff but that journal got lost & I never redid them sadly. Just a few pages/covers that I went a bit littlespace on! Most I just kinda went crazy with stickers, but I remember singing & *decorating* with my daddy nearby and it was a nice time.

Some things I have seen in kink journalling groups online:

  • list of kinks/interests
  • list of soft & hard limits
  • list of rules with their partner(s)
  • safewords
  • list of your favourite little space acitivies/toys/etc
  • list of clothes you want to buy, how muc they cost, where they're from
  • little date ideas with daddy/mommy
  • stuffies you wanna get, or little drawings/printed pics of your fav ones
  • info on different dynamics you might have if you have more than one partner

You can really do it however you want, what works best for you! It can just be simple lists or it can be super decorated, etc. And used for anything really. Like I have my littlespace stuff & rules just mixed in with my every day journaling things, but I know some have a separate notebook for it.

So, I'm curious if anyone has a "Big" diary and a "Little" diary. I have a regular diary I write in, but I don't really have a "Little" journal. Would it be weird if I had two separate diaries for my different headspaces?

I kinda do! I use a disc bound journal with lots of separate sections in it. One of them is for littlespace/ kink and its where I'll be keeping all my little stuff. Then I have a daily section where I write my "big" thoughts~ Im still getting it all set up and stuff but yeah!

I do! And I think it’s a great idea. In my “big” journal, which is also my planner, I write a lot about whatever I need to get out. In my “little” journal, I color and have stickers and more things from when I’m in little space. It’s fun to be able to have both☺️

Oooh!  I just love all the pictures of your pretty journals!!  I have a littlespace journal too!  It is sooo neat to find out I am not alone!  I would love to send a pic, but the writing is very personal!  Anyway, I use it to help me explore and process this wonderful journey of discovery.  I also like to write about extra special dates with Daddy.

I love to decorate it with fun, pretty stickers.  I draw pictures in it too, and color them.  I also use it to write about other things too, but more from my little perspective.  My little self is so much a part of who I am, there is sort of not a clear line between little me and adult me. So my littlespace journal is my only journal right now.  :)

I really want a journal!! I've had an (online) blog for over 16 years (since I was 13) but I don't really feel comfortable talking about super personal stuff there, so I've been thinking a lot about getting a (paper) journal for that kind of things. But I have so many stuff that I have to keep up with already, that I don't think I can add even more </3

However, I have this weird habit of taking pieces of old notebooks and taping them together to make a bigger franken-notebook. I've always done that since I was a kid and I don't know why  But my current franken-notebook has all my music theory notes and stuff about runes and morse code and other writing systems and stuff, but also sketchbooks (like, notebooks but without lines) where I mainly draw my crush  And I kinda wanna start journaling there too.

I had never heard about Little Space Journals before reading this. It’s a wonderful idea! I think I will try it. I have one big notebook, I have written a few pages but they can be torn off... Its cover picture is the periodic table of elements though, not very little girly... Or maybe I could buy something a bit cuter? I would really like to get something fluffy :) I guess I will go shopping soon!
