Daddylovesme Posted October 29, 2018 Report Posted October 29, 2018 Little Here! I've recently gone through a bad breakup and have been having trouble feeling little or petspace on my own as I've never really had to and everytime I try I start feeling panicked.... I'm worried my littlespace has been tainted and become a source of stress for me when it's literally one of the only places I felt comfortable and happy before. Honestly I just want a break. I want to be able to be cutesy and color in my coloring book and be happy in little space without feelings like the world is crushing me and falling down around me and then having a panic attack. I'm not sure how to be little or pup or anything on my own though as I got so used to not having to be completely by myself. I even missed an important convention here in San Diego because of the breakup. Please help!
NaughtyBunBun Posted October 29, 2018 Report Posted October 29, 2018 Breakups suck! Especially when they effect your self esteem (i mean, they almost all do, but some more than others). My suggestion would be to take it slow and ease yourself back in to feel little and safe. watch a big kid movie but snuggle a stuffie or watch it in a onesie. I know those things always help put me in like a "half little" mind state where i'm just teetering in between, but not in a bad way. I can be a big girl if i need to be, or i can slip nice and soft into little space. Im brand new to this site and looking for little friends, im here to chat
LittleGoddess Posted October 29, 2018 Report Posted October 29, 2018 Do you have a friend who's willing to babysit you while you're little until you find a long-term caregiver?
gorebaby Posted October 29, 2018 Report Posted October 29, 2018 Some people say take it slow, others say to try and dive in, it really all depends on you! I find it helps to bond with other littles, someone who is patient. Good luck!
