WhysperKit Posted October 19, 2018 Report Posted October 19, 2018 I get random friend requests and messages, not just here but on other sites... and usually, it's males requesting in some form that I be their Little, their Kitten, their submissive. They like to use pet names like little one, little girl, kitten, baby, baby girl. It's to the point I just show my Daddy and he takes care of it because I'm just so beyond done with people like that Like where do they get off thinking someone would like that?? Especially someone who already has on their profile that they are owned and collared? That they're married? That they're to message that person's Dom/me before ever contacting the submissive? I don't get some people's stupidity. It's just... beyond my scope.
LittleCelticLass Posted October 19, 2018 Report Posted October 19, 2018 I agree! It's not just annoying, it's presumptuous and rude. That said, I feel bad for some of the newer daddies. They get mixed signals from so many littles who's names only consist of pet names, that its no wonder they think it's appropriate to address all littles that way. Sorry. I had a little rant there.
Guest Bunnyblossom Posted October 19, 2018 Report Posted October 19, 2018 I just assume they haven't bothered to read the information provided, 'lol' a bit, ignore them and move on. I can choose to get upset and worked up about it, but there's enough going on elsewhere that this is an extremely minor irritation for me personally.
Guest Arc Posted October 19, 2018 Report Posted October 19, 2018 I've been on fetlife for years and was a fetish model for two years as well. I have had so many of these messages I've just kind of become numb to it. If you learn to realise they're idiots who aren't worth the time and effort things get easier. It can't hurt/upset/bother you unless you allow it to.
Bambi95 Posted October 19, 2018 Report Posted October 19, 2018 I don't get upset about it so much, but it is annoying. Like I have clearly stated on my profile, in a different colour to stand out let me add, that Daddies who want to be friends have to ask my Daddy. Quite literally NO ONE has ever done this. Sometimes my Daddy will tell me to accept their friend request to see what they want and see how long it takes them to figure out that I'm in a relationship. 2
LittleBunnyCici Posted October 19, 2018 Report Posted October 19, 2018 When the unrequested pet names start coming out, I give them one warning. So far, that's usually been enough to get them to apologize and back down. I've only had to really block one or two would-be "Daddies" because of it, but I have no qualms these days about doing that. People used to try and make me feel bad for it, but I don't have the gumption to care anymore. My comfort and safety is my #1 concern, not some internet rando's ego.
SquishyUnicorns Posted November 6, 2018 Report Posted November 6, 2018 I had that recently, I just told him I'm married and hope he finds his own little soon. That's all that was needed, he left me alone then.
