Car insurance trouble, appointments for health purposes; big issues for a little

-So I hate living in Florida- lets start out with that, just too many crazy drivers and people not taking responsibilities for their wrong doings and I get penalized I'm fighting this with my insurance. I hate adulting, then my rheumatologist isn't getting back to my place where I draw blood for any blood work before my appointment, they set my appointment back a few days so I could have the analytics done in time yet the doc never even sent them in a weeks time and calling them once more that same week just 4 days after. Then I called yesterday and they put me on hold for 15 minutes with no answer when I called them back 30 min later from hanging up to give them time. Finally today in between work shifts they left me a voice message so I called them, and the nurse was questioning why it's taking the doctor so long to send it. I've went to urgent care 2 times in less than a months span cause my autoimmune disease is flaring up and causing me physical issues that impairs my work performance. Good thing my boss is accepting and I only missed a day off from work in that time span with hectic things happening. I got a good work review talk today I couldn't be more happier with the progress I've done, and I've been teach new comers the ropes since I got my certificate at my place of work. What's up with these adult things when I only just turned 20 a month or so ago, family isn't there so of course my "daddy" is by my side helping me process through all of this. He's driving me to get blood work and possibly to work to get all of this done then closing up the store.. It sucks being a little in an adult cruel world, but I'm going to turn this into strength just like I have with many other things and prove everyone wrong. Love you all, hope some people can relate or sympathize for this new life experience for a little. I know I've gone through worse but this is truly a new stepping stone in my ongoing life, I'm proud I've made it to live this far and hopefully many more years.
