Littles and Halloween

So as I am sure you are well aware Halloween is just around the corner, and as someone who LOVES Halloween, but also age regresses I find it a bit hard to survive all the spookiness that comes with Halloween. 

 

I come from a very enthusiastic family, who all love Halloween and make sure our house is the creepiest on the block, it's as my mom says "A time for everything to be dead." Now when I was little I did what everyone does and dressed as a princess/superhero. But as I grew up I started taking on my moms idea and dressing to fit more with the creepy side, taking a simple character like Harry Potter and making him look like he just got poisoned. 

 

Now my question that I have is, how do other littles cope with Halloween and dressing up? Do you not go out tricker treating and just say indoors handing the candy out or do you dress as princess/superheroes like little kids?

I stay indoors, lights off. I hate Halloween so I ignore it

I absolutely  adore Halloween, like every year I look forward to it.  I tend to either go out around the neighborhood not for trick or treating but just cause I like looking at all the costumes (And also because at this point ive eaten my weight in sweets and dont want to hack on the neighbors and ask for more candy) Or I stay inside and try to find super scary movies

this'll be the first halloween where i really embrace my Little side (last year i was hesitant and stuff) and am gonna hopefully dress up in my care bear onesie and maybe go trick or treating with my sister if possible. but if not, im gonna stay home and maybe watch cute kids halloween movies on rabbit with daddy!

 

some of the stuff does spook me though thinking of watching scary movies in little space sounds really scary and not a good thing for a small baby like me

I like the candy part of Halloween but horror movies are a big no no.

I LOOOOOOVE Halloweenie!!! I love everything about it and I feel full of life during October! I LOVE horror movies and candy and costumes and spooky parties and the fall weather and and. ....pumpkin patches and haunted houses amd carving jack-o'-lanterns

I'm going as Little Red Riding Hood this year

This year I'm going as an ancient egyptian mummy. I'm making my own costume.

They're soooo much fun to make!! Hurrayyyy

I'm excited for all the halloween specials to come on TV.

 

And on or after Halloween there just HAS to be a thread with pictures of our halloween costumes!!

Where I live Halloween isn’t much of a celebration. I always wanted to do it like I saw in the movies, where people go all out on decorations and everyone goes trick or treating. And the pumpkins and lanterns, that’s something that never really caught on over here, probably because it’s spring, not autumn, and that kind of pumpkins aren’t easy to grow/find herr.

 

When I moved out I started my own little tradition of putting up a Halloween tree, decorated with black, orange and black, pumpkins and bats. I always have a big bowl of candy at hand, but living in an apartment complex, I never get many trick or treaters.

 

I used to go with my youngest siblings, but they moved to another city, so we won’t be going trick or treating this year. Being 27, I won’t be going on my own or with friends or Daddy this year either.

 

I will dress up, tho. I always do. I always dress up as horror movie or classic Halloween characters (as black cats, witches, bats, skeletons, etc), On the 27th, Daddy is playing at a Halloween party and we’re going dressed up as Oogie Boogie and Shock from Nightmare Before Christmas with my bff as Barrel and his gf as Shock. And I’m still thinking of two more costumes for two other Halloween events I have on the 31 and on November 1st.

 

I actually do enjoy horror movies while in little space, as long as I have Daddy and a stuffie to hold on to on the very scary parts. Actually, last year with Him, we started doing a “31 days of horror movies”, and we always make sure to leave some time to watch Nightmare Before Christmas and Hocus Pocus.

Well, I'm a little that LOVESSSS scary things, so its heaven for me. I can dress up in cute costumes, like a mad hatter, or hand out candy, or watch movies. I plan to do all three.

I love Halloween. I don't always dress up, but I put out decorations and attend parties when I can. I'd LOVE to start hosting my own stuff.

Halloween is my FAVORITE holiday!!! I always dresses up! And I once had a birthday party with a Halloween theme in November. I’m dressing up as a sexy vampire this year, I wish my daddy could go wif me but he lives far away

I love Halloween but I come from a family that doesn't really care for Halloween. But yes I have regressed during Halloween but I usually have to hide it. Especially since my mother says I am to old for the holiday. I love the candy, scary movies, and dressing up.
