Dominari Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 Your dog is dying and your little gets offended because it is taking time away from her so he decides to seek out attention from someone else. The dog dies and then she tells you it is best if we aren’t together anymore because she wants to be with that person. What is worse? Losing a pet you have had for 11 years or losing a DDlg relationship that you have had for 3.5 years? BOTH SUCK!!!
Guest AlisonS23 Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 sorry about your dog! That’s so hard to lose your pet! 1
Guest Bunnyblossom Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 I'm so so so sorry to hear about your dear pupper ): I found out last week that my kitty of 15yrs (I've had her since she was only about 5wks old) has an inoperable tumour and only got a couple months max. She won't take her damn tablets, and she fights against Daddy too much to let him do it- I have trouble with the shakes whenever I get even mild anxiety or stress and tremble uncontrollably. I almost got it in like 4x this morning but was shaking too much. Ugh sorry. Rambling. Point is- I'm really sorry for both your losses. I think the most devastating of all is your poor doggo passing. ): Another Little will come along and hopefully be there for you when you need them. But a pet is like family. Deepest empathy. 1
Guest Dulci Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 Firstly. I am so sorry to hear about your dog. That is just horrible; you will get through this. Secondly. If your so called little did not care about this... They are not right for you. No one in their right mind would get angry at that.
LittleCelticLass Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 I'm so very sorry about your pup. I had to put my girl down in March, after 14 years of constant companionship. It's the worst. As for the girl, you deserve much better.
Guest Arc Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 First off..... I'm sorry about your dog. I've grown up and lived with dogs my whole life so I know too well how difficult it is to lose a pet. I lost my dog when she was 11 too - she was with me more than half my life lol. I have never once felt so shattered. My world fell apart. They're family. It's devastating to lose them. I don't mean to speak badly of your ex.... but how bloody horrible and selfish can a person get. If she had cared about you for the last 3.5 years she would have known how important your dog was to you. You are so much better off without someone who knows so little and cares so little about you. You deserve so much better than that.
Guest QueenJellybean Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 i'm so sorry about your dog! the giant & i just had to say goodbye to our dog a couple weeks ago too. he wasn't put down, but we had to have him taken away. i'm so sorry you have to do through this pain. not to echo the above, but i also feel that it's really unfair of your little to behave the way she did as well. 1
Littlest_Bee Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 Hi Dominari, that's truly terrible. Condolences and my deepest sympathies. I'm tempted to write so much more but I think it would be best to keep it at that. Best wishes!
Cell Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 The dog is worse and I sympathise, I had to put down my dog years ago... ever since then I just can’t bring myself to ever get another one, I can’t even think about it. No girlfriend has ever made me never want to get another girlfriend. A dog really is mans best friend T_T
Little Illy Posted October 1, 2018 Report Posted October 1, 2018 I have to keep this quick, otherwise I am seriously going to disrespect your ex-little. And I don't want to be that person. I always trust animals over humans. She didn't give a single fuck about you or your poor puppy. I know it is hard, but you dodged a selfish, self-righteous bitch, in my opinion. If she doesn't take the death of your dog seriously, she wont ever take anything you love seriously. That is a life and she feels more entitled. She doesn't deserve to be with you. I guess I was partially that person anyways... I am sorry. I am terribly, terribly sorry this happened to you. No one deserves this. We are hear for you if you ever need anything. 1
Guest Arc Posted October 1, 2018 Report Posted October 1, 2018 I judge people on how they interact with animals. If you're a dick to an innocent animal who's not capable of acting with bad intentions or having malicious thoughts.... then you're going to be a dick to anyone. She couldn't have shown less care or respect for you and your dog. It hurts when long term relationships end but that's not the kind of person you want to be with. 1
DaddyBear319 Posted October 1, 2018 Report Posted October 1, 2018 Damn man, that's rough. I will also agree and say you dodged a bullet. I know going through that is tough, I dread the day my dog goes too shes going to be 11 next year. Wish you the best, I can't she behaved like that and on-top of that 3.5 years? You'll get through it dude, sorry to hear about everything.
Nymph Posted October 1, 2018 Report Posted October 1, 2018 I am sorry to hear about your dog About your little... not sorry, I am amazed you put up with that kind of person for so long! she is not worth your time an attention.
MadelynVictoria Posted October 1, 2018 Report Posted October 1, 2018 I'm so sorry for the loss of your fur baby it's never easy losing one of them. I'm also sorry for the loss of your little, but you honestly deserved so much better than her. It was incredibly rude, thoughtless, and selfish of her to do that to you when you were mourning, and you deserve someone who will actually be compassionate toward you
