Guest stuffiesprincess Posted August 28, 2018 Report Posted August 28, 2018 Hey! For the past few months I haven't been able to go into Little space (first time that I was able was like 2 days ago and I didn't go deep into it). I was wondering if any other little has had this problem and how did you overcome it?
Guest QueenJellybean Posted August 28, 2018 Report Posted August 28, 2018 absolutely! i experience this all the time! unlike a lot of littles that i meet, my small side is something that i experience almost as a form of self-care. since i don’t regress, feeling that vulnerable calm that comes from my inner child takes the right cocktail of happiness, safety, and time that can be really touch to reach in such a stressful and busy adult climate! i try to integrate time to be small into my daily routine, even if i’m not feeling it. stuff like packing small snacks to work, listening to a small playlist while i’m driving, using a bath bomb or child-themed body wash when showering, wearing a onesie to bed, and drinking out of a sippy. i find that making my smallness a natural, inherent part of my routine helps me slip easily in and out. i hope this helped! 1
CaresAlot Posted August 28, 2018 Report Posted August 28, 2018 Sometimes we get focused on trying to hard and forcing things. We have so many other senses that can help. Its like when you smell cookies baking and it makes your mouth water. Instead of trying to be little let your other senses work for you. Put on a Disney movie or one that helps you feel little, but instead of watching it just lay back and listen to it with your stuffies around. Take out a box of crayon but instead of coloring smell them. Instead of playing with a stuffie just feel the softness or whatever makes it special. Find a snack that makes you little and smell it, lick to get its taste and then eat it. Your other senses can often be a way to transport your self in Litlte space.
