Evening all,

 

I'm 'currently' talking to a Little.

 

Been only 3 days and we've got on great and chatted about a lot of things.

 

Then suddenly today, silience.

 

She's read my kik messages with no reply.

 

Suggestions?

 

Or shall I just let her know I've had enough being ignored and if she wants to talk to me, to contact me at some point (found eachother on tumblr, so she can contact me there, I'll just remove her from kik).

Well........

 

As you said, it was just 3 days. I mean, no offense, but getting all upset after not even 24 hours of not contacting you doesn't seem fair to her. Then again, each of us is different. My best advice would be to wait for her reply and ask her, in a normal, calm manner why did she not contact you. People have lives, they can be busy, there can be some unpredictable things. I know it's super exciting when you start to talk to someone new, but you shouldn't let that excitement control the way you think. I mean, last 3 days was a weekend, so maybe today, at the start of a work week, she has some things to do. My advice on this is (as always, over and over) to not jump into any conclusions and discuss things like adults in a calm manner and not let the emotions discuss things instead of you.

 

My writing is all over the place, but you should get the idea. I hope all goes well.

Depends how long it's been? A few hours, leave it and see. If no reply by tomorrow, send a message.

 

I sometimes leave people on read, I have every intention of replying, but I read it and then, something in RL comes up (normally I'm at work and that comes first). But, I always go back with a "Omg, I'm so sorry!" so yeah, leave it, benefit of the doubt and all that.

It's only been a day of her not responding. There could be many reasons. I would relax and let it play out. It's too soon to be demanding or expecting things of a person you've only known for 3 days.

I'm going to piggyback off of what You're Adorable said. It has only been three days since you two started talking. Things are exciting in this time period but we can't get easily upset with someone whom we've only just begun to know. I would say give it a day or two and if she keeps reading your messages without a reply, I would just ask her.

 

I personally wouldn't just delete her off kik though, because that (to me) is kind of harsh. She may possibly have things going on in her life where she has every intentions of replying and then gets distracted with something in her personal life.

 

So, just breath, relax, and see where time takes this. I hope this helped some!
