Guest LostCaterpillar Posted April 24, 2019 Report Posted April 24, 2019 For any of you out there that like lunchables, but want a cheaper more creative alternative, I’ve got you! Take thick slice turkey, ham, salami, bologna, or any other type of meat you like and use tiny cookie cutters to make them into fun shapes! Do the same with a semi-soft or hard cheese of your choice, and stack between butter crackers or alternative tiny toppers. You can have as much fun with these as you like, and even add healthy bits like cucumber, pickles, lettuce, etc. have fun making your own cutesy lunchables everyone! 1
Guest TokidokiHelloKitty Posted May 11, 2019 Report Posted May 11, 2019 For littles who wanna eat (sorta) healthy but also wanna eat goodies: Banana Nice cream with gummies/choco chips. Take one or two bananas, and slice them into round slices. Freeze over night. Blend in a blender until it gets pasty consistancy like ice cream Natural peanut butter, one table spoon, put it in the ice cream (after you take it out of the blender) and stir it. Top with chocolate chips and/or gummies. Some healthy stuff, and some junky stuff~~ 2

Guest peachilittlekitten Posted September 2, 2019 Report Posted September 2, 2019 I like onigiri! It’s super fun to make What you’ll need; -Nori (seaweed) strips -sushi rice (it’s usually much stickier than regular rice) -filling of your choice (Optionally, they also make super cute molds you could press the rice into to make cute shaaapes) — bowl of water(to wet your hands to make the rice not stick to you as much) 1. Prepare the rice according to package instructions. 2. Let the rice cool and prepare your fillings. 3. Wet your hands and form a small rice bowl in your hands. 4. Add the filling and close the ball. 5. Shape it into whatever you want. 6. Add the nori strip. 7. Enjoy your yummy snack!

Guest kayleexbun Posted October 16, 2019 Report Posted October 16, 2019 (edited) 'healthy' _daddy approved_ strawberry yogurt bark;; ingredients: yogurt of choice (i used vanilla greek yogurt) fresh strawberries, sliced line a pan with parchment paper, pour & spread an even layer of yogurt in the pan, add in your fruit + any other toppings (nuts, chocolate chips, oatmeal, etc) and let it freeze. the time it takes to freeze varies depending on your pan size, how thick ur yogurt is, etc.. give it about 2-4 hours, and you should be good. here comes the fun part take the yogurt bark out of the pan, and break (or cut) the bark into pieces. voilà! it tastes amazing and it's so friggen cute ★~(◡‿◡✿) Edited October 16, 2019 by kayleexbun
DaddysBoo7907 Posted November 24, 2019 Report Posted November 24, 2019 I'll try my hand at this, it's simple and definitely a good snack, but it is veeeery salt and garlic tasting. Spiced oyster crackers: preheat oven to 250° F 1 bag of oyster crackers 1/2 teaspoon dill weed 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder 1 packet ranch seasoning 1/2 cup vegetable oil Mix all contents into a large bowl and mix well, try to coat the crackers in the spice mixture (use your hands for maximum efficiency:p). Get a cooking sheet and lay everything out evenly. Cook at 250° for a hour, stirring every 15 minutes. After the hour is up let cool for about 20 minutes. Once everything is fine store everything in another bowl (preferably with a lid) And enjoy at your leisure. Feeds 2 for about 3 or 4 days, assuming they're not consistently eaten all day. I do this with pretzels too! Yummy!!! My son calls them Magic Crackers

Satan Posted April 19, 2020 Report Posted April 19, 2020 Eggless cookie dough This is to make a small amount you can split two or three servings You will need ... 2 Tbsp of unsalted butter softened. (Can leave it to get room temperature or zap in the microwave for 30 seconds) 2 Tbsp brown sugar 1 Tbsp sugar 1 Tbsp milk 1/4 Tsp vanilla 1/8 Tsp salt 6 Tbsp flour 1/4 chocolate chips, nuts or candies. (this is optional) In a bowl mix together the softened butter and the sugar and brown sugar till it's incorporated. Add the milk ,vanilla and salt and mix a lil bit more. Next add the flour and if you choose to add any chocolate chips or nuts now is the time. ( Mini M&Ms would also be a good option) Mix well. the mixture will come together even if it seems dry just keep mixing and folding the ingredients together till it forms a firm texture. And you are done! Yummy cookie dough you can eat with out the eggs. 2
carmine Posted April 20, 2020 Report Posted April 20, 2020 Frozen custard with mix-ins Recipe: Get frozen custard flavor of your choice (chocolate, fruity, or nutty flavors are my go-to) and add whatever you like: gummy bears, nuts, chocolate sauce, caramel, fudge...brownies, more candies, raspberry and strawberry syrups...etc. hehe

Pumpkin Pie with a Twist Posted April 23, 2021 Report Posted April 23, 2021 Sooooooo... I can see that I'm a little late to the party but I have to share this...... (NOT my recipe) ESP Cookies (Eggs, Sugar Peanut Butter) Ingredients: 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup sugar 1 whole egg Extra sugar for rolling/dusting -In a medium size mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, egg, and sugar until smooth. (Electric beater strongly recommended) -Cover cookie sheet with tinfoil (completely oven safe and makes cleanup 100000x easier; trust me!!!) -Use a tablespoon to scoop out dough, roll into ball with hands, and then roll ball in the sugar to evenly coat. (This is easier if you pour a little on a plate!) -Place on the cookie sheet -Using a fork, press two sets of marks on the cookie in an x shape. It takes practice but you will get the technique down I promise! -Sprinkle a little sugar over the X -Bake at 325 for 11-12 minutes\ The dough is amazing raw, and these cookies are a Godsend for every lady's monthly trip to Hell! Plus offers cute&sweet bonding time to make together!!!!
shadowrider Posted May 18, 2021 Report Posted May 18, 2021 Just a safety note. Due to the risk of salmonella from the raw eggs, consuming raw cookie dough is not recommended. Do so at your own risk. Now back to your regularly scheduled program. 1
Kawaii_Cherry Posted July 26, 2021 Report Posted July 26, 2021 I like to make pigs in a blanket because they are easy to make and still tasty! I use beef Little smokies brand sausages because I think they taste the best but they have regular and turkey varieties. I also use pillsbury crescent rolls in a can, it can be buttered or original. There are 8 rolls per can and you can use 1 or 2 sausages per roll. I like 2 because it fills them better so 16 total for 2 each. Then the important part is you have to microwave them first because the oven wont heat them enough and they will be cold in the middle. Alternatively you can pan fry them to get a bit of a char but I like doing it the easy way. Next you put them on the wide edge of the triangle shapes rolls and roll them like normal. Then you just bake them like the instructions say too! It's great to get protein when you don't feel like eating to much too. My tummy likes to be sad in the morning so I don't eat very much and this is my go to morning snack/ breakfast! c: 1
Guest PastelGothKitten Posted October 2, 2021 Report Posted October 2, 2021 (edited) Um, I don't know if people will care since it's such a basic thing and I'm new here so I'm still awkward about posting but I like to make mug cakes when I need a quick pick-me-up. Especially when I feel myself slipping into my headspace. 1/4 cup flour(Any type you have on hand) 1/8 cup of sugar (1/4 if you want it sweeter.) 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder (I think, I usually eyeball it.) 1/8 cup cocoa powder 1/8 cup milk 1/8 cup vegetable oil(Melted butter/margarine and coconut oil are good alternatives) 1 egg(or egg replacements) Optionals: 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1 teaspoon of an essence of choice Chocolate/butterscotch chips Whipped cream, regular icing, ganache or sprinkles for the topping Mix the ingredients in a coffee mug or ramekin and microwave for 2-3 minutes.
