xxKawaiiDragonxx Posted July 17, 2018 Report Posted July 17, 2018 (edited) I am a little and was wondering if you can also age regress as well? I was wondering if any other little has an age regression journal that they would like to share with me. You know like helping me figure out what could go in there? Def: is when somebody reverts to a child-like state of mind, often as a coping mechanism for things like PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. Basically age regressors are more at-peace and worry-free whilst in "little space" (A term for when one is in said mindset). These people simply need breaks from the stress of being old and often have a childish personality even outside of regression (Though sometimes it's not as obvious). xBabydollx Posted July 17, 2018 Report Posted July 17, 2018 Yes u can be a little and age regress, or age play (u can also enjoy all of these things). I do not keep an age regression journal, as I don't find the idea necessary for myself, and also have not sure what would even go in there lol. I guess u could talk about how the experience was for u once u come out of regression. What u liked, didn't like, what triggered it, what helped pull u out of it etc. 1
DustBunny93 Posted July 17, 2018 Report Posted July 17, 2018 I'm not entirely sure what you mean by regress. If you are asking if other littles turn a certain age while in little space then yes. If you are asking if a little can regress even younger while in little space then yes that happens too. For me personally in little space I am around 2-3 years old. Sometimes I start off as a 3 year old and depending on what I'm doing or saying or how I'm interacting I can regress and "age down" further to a two year old. If I am sick, have cramps, or just generally not feeling well I will be a two year old. I get so whiny and like a baby when I feel sick. I have never used a journal or anything because I don't really get much time to be in little space. As of right now the only time I can be little is in the chat room here. I think it would be cool to have a journal. As posted above I too think it would be a good idea to maybe document the times you are in little space. Maybe put it into categories. -What age do I feel? -What age was I during little space? -What did I do during little space time? And so on. If you feel like you can be a range of ages during little space (like how I said I am between 2-3 years old) maybe it would be a good idea for you to document each time and include the age you were feeling during little space. And also maybe write down what made you feel that certain age. That way you can see your age range if you have one and if you are a certain age more than others. If I had a chance to be in little space I would have a journal to document it. I hope I could help you. 1
TimidLittlePupen Posted July 18, 2018 Report Posted July 18, 2018 I use active age regression as a way of coping with my mental issues. I haven't gotten to start a little space/age regression journal yet but I have three that I'm gonna decorate the covers of and use after they're done. The first is a locking one that I'm gonna cover in butterfly wrapping paper and seal with modpodge the second is a black scaled looking one that I'm gonna make look like toothless and the third is covered with silvery fur that's super soft like a stuffie Here are some videos about little/age regression journals https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E2oM5U5x3cI&t=1s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_A8R0q_4xGc 1
LittleKitten13 Posted July 18, 2018 Report Posted July 18, 2018 The more I learn about ddlg and cglre and all these different things, the more I think I am less ddlg, and much more cglre. I would definitely say a little can age regress, no matter what community they relate to. 1
