Nice gestures/little things to do for your daddy? (LDR EDITION)

Hi there, I come seeking advice because I want to do something cute and (maybe) DDLG themed for my daddy that will make him really happy but sometimes that’s hard because we live in different states.

I was wondering if any of you had some good ideas??

I'm a bit of a rambler so this is probably just going to be a jumbled list but....

*Draw him pictures *LOTS of selfies *Write him a poem/song/small picture book *Send him a small stuffie sprayed with your perfume *Make him a mixtape of all the songs that make you think of him *Keep up to date on what's going on in his area and tell him about/buy tickets for things he might like *Film funny/cute videos of yourself *Keep a diary and each time you finish it send it to him or keep an online diary *Start a 'book club' together where you both read the same book at the same time *Send him pictures and let him pick your outfits for the day (If he wants to) *Film funny play with your stuffies or dolls and send them to him (If you like them) and ummmm that's all i can think of at the moment

My Daddy and I are LDR too at the moment so I definitely understand what you're going through:) Lola's post has amazing ideas! Even the most simplest of presents, like writing them a poem (I did that for my Daddy and he absolutely adored it) or even just a video shows that you want to put effort into him:) Skyping is also a really fun way to brighten up each other's day, for me and my Daddy hearing each other's voices is one of the best parts of our day:)

Now I've been rambling too:P Basically, the best gifts are the ones that make him smile knowing you were thinking of him enough to do it for him, no matter how big or small, simple or complex:) Oh! And handmade things relating to his favourite shows/movies/games/etc. always make awesome gifts:D Good luck!

As a Daddy who  loves   to get drawings I'll vote extra for that suggestion.

Send him a small box of candy, popcorn, and a movie so you both can have a Skype movie night

 

Call a pizza place that's close to him and have pizza delivered to him

 

Send a journal back and forth between you two so you can write in it together

 

Send him a stuffie
