Firstly be wary of asking for answers, and advice from anyone who says they have them. You are unique. And unlike anyone else in what you seek. Everyone’s journey is different to yours. There is no text book to refer to in this grey area. Read the forums, research the internet. And form your own needs not based on what others say you should be.
