Chat apps other than KIK???

I have been more active on the site looking for little friends 21+ but it seems like everyone uses KIK Daddy said im not allowed to have KIK so I miss a lot of opportunities to talk to other littles.

 

Does anyone use LINE or Discord??? is there a better chat app?

I like Wire (https://wire.com/en/download/), it's free, works on everything (PC, Phone, Tablet) has good privacy (way way better than Kik), you can sign up anonymously, it is less buggy than Kik too (crashes less), and doesn't freak out if you sign in on your laptop and phone at the same time.

 

The bad thing with it is on phone it can take a while to send or decrypt a message sometimes but not always usually it's fine.

 

Other than that there's Telegram that's good but you can't sign up anonymously.

I had my phone blocked by kik, so yeah I don't recommend it. Telegram is ok but I tend to just use Snapchat more than anything.

I use Skype almost exclusively.

Same functionality as Kik, though much more reliable.

Messaging, voice messages, video messages, and of course, camming.

Though I mostly just use text and voice messaging.

 

It's not for everyone though.

Im surprised LINE isnt more popular with littles. especially with all of the cute themes, stickers, emojis, etc

 

I feel like Skype isnt really mobile friendly. I have used it in the past and running it constantly seemed to drain my battery faster

Skype is indeed heavy on resources. Both on mobile and on computer.

I have Skype on my iPhone, and it seems to do fine with it. But then again, I'm not actively using it most of the time. 

 

I tend to only load Skype on my computer when I need it. That being said, I do think it's the best "experience" on a PC, and it's obviously optimized specifically for that.

 

Discord seems to be quite "in" nowadays. I have yet to use it. But from I gather, it's quite comparable to Skype, with some other nifty features.

What is it about kik he doesn't allow? How do you know he'll allow other things? Maybe you should ask him what he would allow... 

 

I personally use Skype, Snapchat, Viber, and facebook messenger to talk to people.

I have had it for ages and anything else makes my phone freak out!

TBF Skype is pretty naff on desktop these days too. Can't even edit contacts from within the app.

i didnt really expect everyone to be so concerned about why i cant have it....ive had bad experiences with it in the past and just dont like it. i used to get a lot of random messages from some rather aggressive people. although there may be a way around it, it just left a bad taste. we both mutually agreed on the decision.

I use Whiplr.  It's fairly buggy as an app, but has a very big community.  There are almost 7000 people in the NYC chat and 1000 in the Littles and Caretakers chat.

You could also use Google Chat. If you don't want to use your main email address, create another account to talk to members from here.

I use discord. I don't add random people though, I exchange at least a couple of messages before I do and at least one of those messages are a personals ad (doesn't matter if looking for friendship or relationship). I am better at one on one communication so servers are not quite for me, but I am in one that I say hi now and then.

I have had bad experiences with KIK and snapchat was a bit better but not by much.

I’ll second recommending Discord. There are so many good servers out there but also, it’s good for one on one communication.
