cherrystuffies Posted May 31, 2018 Report Posted May 31, 2018 (edited) My daddy left me after six months of our relationship. It's pretty hard to deal with (one of those typical "it's not you, it's me" kind of things ) I'm sure along with myself and many other littles this kind of thing has happened. Is there any advice on what to do or how to make yourself feel better after this kind of thing happens? or maybe how to deal with it, anything helps Edited May 31, 2018 by cherrystuffies
Guest Arc Posted May 31, 2018 Report Posted May 31, 2018 First of all, I'm sorry this happened. It's never easy going through a break up, and even worse when you have the anxiety over the it's not you it's me thing >< It takes time to get over things like this, but my advice would be to keep a routine to feel stable and do things you enjoy to stay a little positive. It's normal to grieve of course, but don't let it take over your life. Focus on yourself and the future rather than dwelling on the past because you can't change what's happened, but you can shape what will happen. Do whatever you need and take as much time as you need to get back on your feet. Take the time for you and treat yourself as much as possible cos you deserve it.
Guest Spookycupcake Posted May 31, 2018 Report Posted May 31, 2018 I'm so sorry. Feel free to add me and talk with me if you want to. I would say just try to do things that make you happy and that might help cheer you up. I know its going to be rough for you to get through but you will get through this.
Guest RebelliousUtopian Posted May 31, 2018 Report Posted May 31, 2018 Had that happen as well. Just understand that, for whatever reason, it's very much them. Take time to find the beauty in yourself again, and know that there is someone out there who will appreciate you for who you are. 1
