DIY Pacifiers

Hey, does anyone know where people get those plastic character pieces to put on DIY pacifiers? I know they make the resin pieces like Hearts and what not but I'm not sure where to find the character plastic ones.

I've heard of people buying plastic buttons and cutting the backs off. This is an example, but if you look around you'll find other characters and whatnot. They're called planar resin. You can find them on Etsy, EBay and Aliexpress (I have ordered from there many times and have never had an issue).
