What are some of the songs you like? littles, Do you enjoy when your Big sings you a lullaby? What are your favorite times to have a lullaby sung to you? Is it something you just like, or something you feel you need? What kind of effect does it have on you when your Big sings a lullaby to you? what are your favorite lullabies? i would especially like to know some of people's favourite lullabies. me and my Papa Kitty only have one song, three little birds by Bob Marley, but it's magical. Guest Rainbow Posted July 16, 2015 Report Posted July 16, 2015 Since daddy and I met online, he would often link me a YouTube "lullaby" which would be a soft song to ease me down before bedtime. I LOVE when daddy sings to me. I just feel his heart in his voice. It isn't on a schedule. I just love it, it definitely relaxes me. 1
de-lilah Posted July 19, 2015 Report Posted July 19, 2015 I loooove lullabies! I suffer from nightmares regularly, and they help ease me back to sleep. I dun have anyone to sing them to me, so I usually choose classical ones [brahms is my favourite] or a playlist on Spotify. I recently found a really nice song called 'Kahealani' by Jeff Peterson..No idea what it means, but it's very soothing! 1
Guest buddhagirl Posted July 20, 2015 Report Posted July 20, 2015 My daddy sings lullabyes to me and I sing to him sometimes, too, when he's drifting to sleep. Really any mellow or sweet song will do, it just needs to come from the heart. You Are My Sunshine is a favorite. 1
Sir Daddy Posted July 22, 2015 Report Posted July 22, 2015 Do you sing them to your little? - Of course When do you choose to sing a lullaby? When they ask you too? Everyday before bed? When they are stressed and worried? - When asked, when the mood takes me, and if I think it will help. How does singing a lullaby effect you or make you feel? - When it starts to take affect...when I see the worry leave her face...when I feel her relax against me...it makes me feel a mix of complete, peace, and joy What are some of the songs you like? My favorite to sing is "Hush little baby"...I have a deep voice and I think I sing it best edit:formating 1
Cherry41 Posted July 22, 2015 Report Posted July 22, 2015 I'm not into actual lullabies, but the song that has always worked as one on me is "Crash Into Me" by Dave Matthews. I'm not even much of a fan of his...but something about that song soothes me. 1
Trixie Posted August 10, 2015 Report Posted August 10, 2015 i had just finished listening to some lullabies! Guest LaidBackDaddy Posted August 12, 2015 Report Posted August 12, 2015 The lullaby I always sing is the one from Mary Poppins. "Don't close your eyes, don't rest your head..." 1
