I always have ginger tea with honey all day and apple cider vinegar diluted in water with honey (1Tbs of the vinegar in 8oz of water and a generous amount of honey) but just once a day because too much makes my tummy feel funny. In my experience that should make you feel better after even one day.

Lola Step Posted May 11, 2018 Report Posted May 11, 2018 I sometimes giggle when people assume that littes who post this kind of stuff are silly, maybe she has already gone to the doctor and taken their advice and is already on the appropriate medication, she could just be waiting for it to kick and and is looking for something to make her feel a little better emotionally/physically in the meantime ALONG with the medication she is probably already taking, just a though, not all little are hopeless you know! :P 1

Misha Posted May 25, 2018 Report Posted May 25, 2018 -Steamy showers (can sometimes help relieve coughing) -Canned pears (when I have a sore throat this is my favorite thing to eat. feels really relieving) For recovery... Make sure you eat a lot of healthy foods; don't skip any meals and try and get some healthy snacks in between the meals. Drink a lot of water. Get enough sleep, and preferably extra sleep and naps. -Chicken noodle soup -Extra multivitamins (there is also a Zicam Cold Remedy vitamin but make sure you read the directions well if you get ittt)
