Starting Punishments Please Help

So I’m very new to ddlg and I’ve been researching it and learning as much as I could with my little. She’s been a little before but I’ve never been a daddy. It’s a new experience for me. We’ve been doing really well so far in the ldr but the problem comes down to punishments. I can’t enforce them. It’s such a struggle. I worry about hurting her or even messing up some how. I’ve never punished someone before and she’s been acting out a lot more than normal but just recently I was able to give her some things in person and it’s perfect it really is but she asked me today if this relationship is something that I’m interested in. She said I never follow through and well I was just wondering if anyone has tips getting past the initial punishment or trying to start them. Hello! I can see your post has been viewed a lot and no one has replied.

I can't give you any advice about the punishments, but you might want to re-post this in the "Caregiver Cafe".  You're more likely to get some constructive advice from other Daddies and CG's.

Also if you do a search on the forum for "punishment ideas/ LDR" etc. you will find some helpful threads. (You might have already done this, I'm just suggesting it as an idea.)
