I go on tumblr and see the CUTEST ddlg couples! Why does it seem so impossible to find a daddy like that? I want something real
Posted

Keep the faith...They do exist.... i found the bestest Daddy ever on this forum and we have an IRL relationship...it just unfortunately takes time, alot of time, to find someone who is the right match for you and don't focus your life on finding them live your life and if it's meant to be you and your perfect match will find each other.

Another tip would be not to waste your time focusing on people who are not right for you which can easily happen, it also stops you noticing the good guys.

Know what you want in a Daddy/partner and don't settle for anything less ;)

I hope you find the 'one' soon!!

I find it funny how you put tumblr and real in the same sentence  but that's just my opinion and not what this really is about.

A meaningful connection takes time and shared experiences. Time is what most people don't seem to have, ironically, the younger the less time they have :D Anyways, something real will come your way! Be patient and keeping looking

best of luck

Yep, my thoughts exactly.

Don't believe everything you see on tumblr! Or anywhere online, to be honest.

You know, that is kind of like looking at a beauty or fitness magazine and then saying, "Why is it impossible to find someone who looks like that in real life?"  It's because they don't exist.  Tumblr relationships are a fantasy.  If a person sets the bar at "Tumblr relationship" everything in real life is going to disappoint them.  Similar to if a guy set the bar at Victoria's Secret model, he is likely going to be disappointed.

Why do you think relationships that aren't like that aren't real? I think you should move away from those expectations. You appear to have an idealistic view on how things are if you think that is what is real. Many of those things are staged and for attention. I'm not saying lower your expectations, but don't allow yourself to miss on something that could be amazing because it doesn't look like your fantasy.
