Mid-sized pacifiers

Hey guys! Does anyone know where I can get a mid sized pacifier? The ones designed for 36 months + are too small, but the adult sized ones are too big.

Did you try and check at wallmart.. Maybe you can check it online... My ex girl used to get it from there. Hope it helps.
