Finding it hard to regress

I find it really difficult these days to regress, and I want to be little So bad. Does anyone have any tips on how to regress easier? Thank you so much!!

Find things that make you feel little. For me I have certain things that make me feel little almost immediately. Pacis and sippy cups/bottles. Coloring works 80% of the time, especially with crayons. And then certain things daddy says. Like "you're a good girl" or stuff like that. Just find things that work for you specifically. (:

Maybe try setting aside specifically to something you did when your little like coloring or perhaps have set up a corner of a room as your little space? Ultimately don't try to force and don't let yourself worry if it isn't happening.

i don’t have a daddy or any type of caregiver, or any sippys or little things besides stuffies and a coloring book but i definitely will try those out! thank you so muc

Bury yourself in stuffies and a blankey and think little thoughts. Like how cute bunnies are, or or or... bein held by a lovey cg!

Seeing as you don't have much little stuff I thought I'd let you in on my biggest secret weapon for little time- imagination! That sounds patronizing I know but bear with me I to don't have a lot of the funds/privacy to be the little i want to be so I tend to spend alot of time daydreaming, whether it's daydreaming about the perfect little date with my Daddy or even daydreaming about being a character in one of my favourite books it's always so much fun plus it's free and you can do it anywhere at anytime and no one even has to know
