peachieebaby Posted February 23, 2018 Report Posted February 23, 2018 Hi, guys. I'm 19, female with no daddy. This is my first post on the forum:) So I'm fairly new to the life. When I first got into it, I was in little space every day when I came home. I started dealing with a lot of stress and kind of had a "dry spell." Now I really want to go into little space and I just feel like I can't. Like something is blocking me from doing it. But nothing's going on. I just wanna know what I can do to help myself ease back into little space again with no caregiver. Thanks, guys!Much love<3
CaresAlot Posted February 23, 2018 Report Posted February 23, 2018 One the sayings I have to tell myself is "less thinking more doing". Give your brain the night off and tap into your other senses. Put on your jammies and feel how soft they are on your skin. Put on some cartoons - not to watch but to hear the sounds. Lay down with a stuffie and a box of crayons. Open the box of crayons not to draw but to smell them. Then put your stuffie in your favorite spot and close your eyes. Then let your ears, your nose and your touches help you get back to your Little Space. Its more about feeling than thinking. When you get there enjoy the moment with your stuffie, watch cartoons or color. 3
Guest Arc Posted February 23, 2018 Report Posted February 23, 2018 Just be yourself. Don't over think things. If you're worrying about not getting into little space then that worry is going to stop you from relaxing enough. Just be yourself, do what you'd normally do, and let it come naturally.
