Hiya guys !!!! 

 

I'm curlybaby and daddy has set me the task of cleaning our whooooole bedroom tonight ಥ_ಥ 

so I need something fun to return to when I'm done... 

 

I'm a relatively new little but enjoying the lifestyle hugely - BUT ! I don't have a stuffy yet at all .. me and daddy are moving out this month to our very own place so we can't really afford extra things (╯︵╰,) so instead of buying something cheap and small that I might not absolutely LUV we've decided to wait til next month and then he's gonna treat me to something SUPER cute ヘ(ヘ)

 

SO ! while I wait.. my question to the internet is ===

 

What's your stuffy called? What are they like?? Where did you GET EM ?!?!

hi curly!! i have a lot of stuffies but the one i love most (and sleep with always) is a panda named bei bei, or mr bei i got him because we had donated some money to the zoo and they sent him to me as a gift for being a friend of the zoo!

 

if i could pick a new stuffy from any of the stuffies in the whole wide world, i'd get a jellycat. they're so so so soft!!!

I have three main stuffies, they are all monkeys. There names are Ted, Fred and Lola. I got Ted for myself he's like the ring leader even though he has insomnia and it can make him a little crabby, he's married to Lola(between you me and the lamp post there marriage is on the rocks but dont tell anyone) who is pretty calm and collected oddly enough. Ted is brothers with Fred who has random bouts of narcolepsy and cronic asthma so he can’t sleep on his back when you snuggle him at night but LOOOVES to lounge around and be silly and doesnt let anything get to him! Daddy thinks im mildly crazy for how in depth the life of my stuffies is lol

 

(I got Ted from a Savers a while back hes an original curious george, Fred and Lola are from Amazon. Fred is a curious george in jammies and Lola is a wee grey monkey with a flower in her hair)

My favorite stuffie is a rabbit named Momiji. I also have an old owl stuffie named Yue (it means moon). I got my Momiji stuffie from the Dollar General for $5, and Yue from Rue 21 for $7. I also have a small collection of character plushies that I got for about $7 each from various stores. If you are looking for an alternative to Build-A-Bear, I would suggest checking out the website stuffedsafari.com. They literally have every animal stuffie you can think of. Another fun altnernative is making a small donation to WWF (the World Wildlife Foundation). You can pay $50 to adopt an endangered animal, and they'll send you a certificate of adoption along with a picture of the animal and a stuffie of it. Not trying to sound like a sales person or anything. I just love animals and they are my favorite charity to donate to.

Lmfao Thanks so much! Fred is a loner type as to his love life, far prefers to be the third wheel funny enough. But I'll see if I can talk him into it! He's usually down for anything when he's awake. If he's not down theres gotta be a monkey stuffie in a suit i can get. Ooooh and I can name her Felicia so when Ted gets mad in sessions and storms out he can be like"...Bye Felicia..." ! *in her best impression of Ruxin from The League* It is decided!

I have quite a few teddies, although I'm very picky on who I let in.

My main teddy is Toothless. He's well known in the community here in Ireland, probably more than me!

 

I love going to charity shops to adopt new teddies - you don't have to pay a lot and you give a teddy a new home! I can't resist bringing them home ;-;

I have a few stuffies, and I get them on sale right after major holidays! Getting a big stuffie for 50% or more off is awesome. So if you still see some from Valentine's Day in stores, I'd snag it. After Easter will be a good deals on stuffed bunnies, ducks, etc. Also secondhand children's stores have good quality stuffies for a good price. My biggest and favorite stuffie to date I got after Christmas at the store for $7 and I named him Sir Squish A Lot. I also have a doggie named Eclair from Ikea that was like $5. I also have a small bear that I only paid $5 named Magnus Bear. 

 

As for names, I name them based on things I like, or what they look like. I'm not good at naming mine, it always takes a few days and it usually comes to me in the middle of the night.

I got LOTS of stuffies.... like well over 30 and I love them all dearly    but only the members of the stuffie council (their government system) are aloud to sleep on my bed. There are 5 members of the stuffie council, Dante my elephant, Bentley the polar bear, Teddy the rainbow beanie baby, Allen a blue sparkly teddy bear, and Clyde the red panda! Dante is super nice and sweet and makes sure everyone is ok and looked after, but Clyde is constantly trying to undermine his authority and pushes the other stuffies off the bed. He gets very jealous and I fear he's planning a revolution. I got Clyde at the zoo when me and a friend got matching stuffies- her's is bonnie  I got Dante when I went on an overnight trip alone for the first time, my friends know I can't sleep well in new places so they hid him in my suitcase as a surprise, I've slept with him every night since

I have quite a few stuffies that I've collected over the years, and I wish I was more creative with their names but i have a bulbasaur build-a-bear, a tan bear, a big pink kitty, and a white unicorn and theyre all soft and i sleep with each of them every night.

Hi hi curly_baby! I have maybe 200 stuffies, Daddy says its too many but I think he is silly! My main stuffie that comes to bed and comes out with me is Crumpet. He is a brown jellycat bunny and I love him more than anything in the whole world and Daddy loves him too. You need to pick the friend that is just perfect for you <3

Littlefemmenist, jellycats are the best ever!! I have 3 . two of them a so very soft and wonderful, I would highly recommend. But Crumpet, my main bun is not soft any more, he is tatty and rough from so many cuddles, tears etc. They dont stay soft if you love them too much unfortunately

I have over 60 stuffies, probably, between the ones at home and the ones I have at Daddy’s. Daddy learned all of their names.

 

I have all kinds of animal stuffies, like bats and skeletons and ghosts as well, but I have a soft spot for unicorns (specially the unicorn/pegasus combo).

 

My favourites are Aurora and Kuma. Aurora is a lavender unicorn/pegasus, with blue-ish and purple details on her horn, hooves and wings. Kuma is the miniature version of Aurora, but in pink, purple and gold.

I love this topic. I loveeeee stuffies. The first stuffie I ever got is a Manatee, he’s so cute and even has a little baby manatee attached to him, so I named him Daddy Manatee (very original name I know). The next one I got is from Build-a-bear and I made her ALL BY MYSELF, she’s named princess and she’s a pink bear and she smells like lavender so I sleep with her at night (so she has the cutest PJs on her too). Those are my main two. I have Two giant teddy bears (mike and strawberry), a cute little elephant from Ikea named Mr Gray, a rainbow alpaca named Mr Sherbet Herbert. And about 7 others.

 

Since I have two stuffies that I’m always holding, whenever I’m in the mood for more friends I’ll go to a Goodwill or thrift store of some sort and adopt one. There are SO MANY lost stuffies in those stores and I want to take them all with me and give them a happy home, plus it’s very affordable!

i have a fennec fox called jeff (he is the one i take everywhere) and also i have a little bunny called bayleaf who i have had since i was a baby. those are my two main ones

 

i also have a LOT of pokemon plushies: i have a sylveon, a dragonite, a gengar, a mudkip, a celebi, a litten, a snivy, a marill, a torchic and an oshawott. i also have a link and a zelda, and a moogle from final fantasy, and also a catbug from bravest warriors.

 

and i have a kiwi bird, ANOTHER fennec fox, a regular fox, an owl, a stegosaurus, 2 monkeys, a very small bear, a winnie the pooh, a very tiny leopard and an owl.

 

i honestly probably have more but that is everything i can see from where i am sitting... i am very spoiled when it comes to plushies
