(Mods, I hope it's ok to ask this, if not please delete.)

I'm not trying to advertise or promote this shop/website, and I have no connection with them.  I just need help.

I really like some of the clothing on this American website, but I'm concerned I'll get hit with Customs charges when it arrives here.

Has anyone bought from them? Can you give any advice?

I have 2 onesies from the website. The quality is amazing and i love them to pieces. There were some shipping fees i think. But no problem with them arriving etc. Took around 2 weeks i think for them to arrive.

I ordered them at different times and both had no hassles.

So i dont see that there would be any problems for you :D hehehe

I've never bought from that site but have bought from America before. If your purchase is over £15, you will have to pay £8 royal mail handling fee and something like 10% of the value of the package in order to collect it.

Thanks for the replies, that's really helpful.

At the moment they are offering FREE world wide shipping!

I think I will go ahead and make a purchase.  I can't resist! I am really excited about the onesies, they look gorgeous :)

Thankyou for this thread!

I was thinking about ordering form here recently, and so wonderful to hear about the free shipping!

...Might have to ask my daddy for some pennies :D

Yes!  I ordered a onesie-school-uniform outfit the other day.  I bought it through Amazon and it was next day delivery.  The quality is superb, it's quite cosplayish and looks wonderful on my girl.

It's arrived!   *happy dance* *fairy dust*

I bought a onesie and a bib.  They are soooooo lovely, really soft and good quality material, and well made.

Now I can't wait to wear the onesie...and it's snowy outside so I could stay in all day with my onesie and a fluffy robe, my teddy, my paci and a good tv programme. (Because I have no one to help me build a snowman, so I might as well stay home LOL)

BUT I kind of want to keep it for a special occasion.  So I might just keep getting it out the bag and looking at it - please tell me I'm not the only one who does that?!

Practical info: I bought directly from the website, not Amazon UK, but I notice the parcel was posted within UK. (Presumably from wherever handles their Amazon sales.) So there were no customs charges or delays! It took two weeks from time of order to arrival at my home.

Also, the website help were great with advice about what size to buy etc.

Stujw, I just checked the label for you - it says to hand wash in mild detergent.

I put most of my ordinary clothes in the washing machine using a hand wash cycle, so I'll probably do that with the onesie as well.

It says on the website that the clothes don't shrink.

They're very helpful, if you need any more advice you could email them directly and I'm sure they'll be happy to help.
