Custom Coloring Books

I've been thinking I eventually want to open my own shop on Etsy for Little themed stuff, so I've been brainstorming what I want to sell and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. 

I know I wanna do the general Little stuff like bottles, sippy cups, onesies, etc. 

But I was thinking about making custom coloring books, like have different options of what all can be in your coloring book and how many pages you'd want (the cost would change with the number of pages).

Would anyone be interested in that? 

**This is a long term thing, it won't be happening for a year or so**

I think this is a good idea, especially for nonconventional littles like myself.
