Any littles losing weight? :3

Hi everyone! I was curious if any other littles were interested in losing weight together? I'm happier when I'm smaller, but my depression had made me eat eat eat and I ballooned.

SO! Does any other little want to keep eachother accountable and message eachother?

Thank you very much for your time!

Hey as someone who has struggled with an eating disorder, make sure you're losing weight in a healthy way!! Seeing a nutrionist is the best way to get insight and understand what kind of diet changes (if any) are right for your body, and remember to never ever cut out any particualr food groups (carbs, fats, etc)! You can add/dm me if you have any questions.

I'm actually pushing myself to do 100 crunches/squats a day. The squats are quite hard to do EVERY day, but the crunches are easier to do!

I'm trying too lose weight too! n.n In fact I did it, a little. It's a nice feeling! But I don't do "estrictic" diets. Just trying to not eat bread -it's my debility- I just eat two bisquits* or fruit.

A every days I walk a little. I just losed 4 kilograms!

Me! Feel free to PM me if anyone wants. I’m also making sure to maintain my muscle mass; wouldn’t want to look skinny fat

Kind of. Losing weight will happen, but it's more of a secondary thing. I'm trying to eat better foods, eat normal portions, and cut out soda and marijuana (which makes me want to eat MORE).

I am kinda, but it is hard for me because I am on heavy psychological meds that cause weight gain. So I am also learning to dress better for my body type and embrace my natural appearance. Plus, I hate salads so...

I always forget to do my exercises...

I'm dieting with intermittent fasting and exercising to put on some well needed muscles (I was not overweight but completely "skinny fat"). I want to get fit now :D I only lost 4 kg on the scale but a bit more than one size in clothes. I'd like to lose 1 to 2 kg more of fat and replace them with muscles (especially in my bum/hips area hihi).

Same here, Samibubbles! I actually lost half the weight I’ve gained over the past 7 years in only 5 months! So idk what’s wrong... I’m not trying to lose weight! :-(

Although I'm not a little, I have lost weight over the past year or so. Now I'm trying to maintain my current weight.

But I feel really good lately because of my weight loss. I think my frame of mind has changed for the better since I've dropped down the pounds ^_^

I'm trying to maintain my weight right now which is a little tricky because I go to the gym 3-4 hours, five days a week and sometimes my appetite is not the best. Specially when I'm feeling down or stressed. Sometimes I have to force myself to eat because I don't feel like doing it tbh

I've been losing weight through exercise and portion control over the past 2 years. I've gone from 340 lbs to 217lbs. I feel great.

lost 30lbs here.

Healthy eating and cutting out sugar helped with my anxiety and depression, so good luck and hope it works for you too :)
