PrincessBrooke Posted February 12, 2018 Report Posted February 12, 2018 Has anyone felt like a burden when they are little? I don't know how to stop beating myself up when I'm little. I used to be happy but now with this new daddy, its like being little is a bad thing... I dont know what to do. I like the daddy i'm with as a partner but he just doesn't do well with my little side. UGH! Thoughts? Tips? Experiences?
LittleLamb <(@)> Posted February 12, 2018 Report Posted February 12, 2018 Feeling like a burden is rough! Has your new daddy had other little's before you? I would make sure you are communicating well! Next time something passes and you feel guilty for feeling/responding/acting in a little way, maybe stop and get confirmation that what you are feeling is founded and have some good discussion. Clarity is soooo important, and if he truly isn't as into it, and if stifling your Little isn't ultimately what you want to do, than I would evaluate how important/necessary that is for you in a relationship. You don't want it to be something somebody 'tolerates', it's too precious and requires too much trust and vulnerability. I realize that may have gone a bit extreme there, it could be something simple that just needs communicated out and understood from both parties. Good luck! 2
Guest Prat Posted February 12, 2018 Report Posted February 12, 2018 Talk to your partner, let them know that they aren't taking care of your needs when you're little. By the sound of your post it seems like there are a lot of issues between you two about your little space. In my experience, if you let this continue as it is, it will only further damage little you and your little space and you will take more time to recover after it ends. You have your own needs and if this current partner can't take care of all of them then somewhere out there is someone who can. That being said I wish you both good luck and that you manage to work it out. Have a nice day, Prat. 2
