Granted, but you can only ever pick colors that are absolutely horrendous so you end up opting to live a nail-polish-less life

Granted: But on the snap doggo looses all his hair.  He is now a bald doggo.

I wish I could turn up people's intelligence by hitting a button or volume down with a button.

Granted: Stitch is as real as my stitch pj's.   But so are all his cousins.  And the mosquitoes are here all year long and are huge!

Granted. But then he grows bored and starts howling at night, waking your neighbors and causing noise complaints.

I wish I could ride Falcor the luck dragon from The Never-ending Story.

Granted.  But that movie was 40 years ago, and Falcon is now ancient, so it is a very short ride, he complains the entire time, and then he throws his back out.  

I wish that I had the power of teleportation.

Granted, but you can only teleport one foot at a time and it takes ten minutes to recharge.

I wish I didn't loose my voice during allergy season!

Granted, you no longer lose your voice during allergy season. Instead every time you get near pollen your voice changes so you bounce between sounding like Morgan Freeman, Joe Pesci, Fran Drescher, and Elmo. Enjoy your conversations.

I wish there was an ice cream truck in every town that just rode around giving out free ice cream for everyone.

Granted! But the ice cream truck only has three choices , oatmeal raisin, prune, and beat and it's served in a cup with a straw as it's all melted! Oh nooo

 

I wish I was better at platformer video games!

GlitterMonster. I grant your wish, and you shall become a master at any platformer game you play. However, your skill will not translate through your hands, but instead your two feet. Perhaps showing off your newfound skill might be a little awkward...

I wish for the ability to read, write and speak any language as fluently as I do in English.

Granted, but every time you hear a different language you teleport to its country of origin. No matter what you were doing when you heard it. I'd make sure to plug my ears really well while in the shower or restroom, that could be awkward.

I wish I could convince drivers to use their turn signals like they should.

Granted. You convince all drivers to use their turn signals like they should, but all vehicles turn sentient and ignore the whims of their drivers. 
 

I wish I could skip ahead in time and be done with school so I could start looking for a new job

I wish i would have youthful, beautiful immortality, I'm stuck at 24yrs old in body and skin.

Granted, your skin and body will remain young forever. Sadly your mind will deteriorate rapidly and you will not know or care how pretty you are since your mental and emotional state become that of a potato. 

I wish I had a vending machine that would dispense food based off of my mood.

Granted, your vending machine produces food based off of your mood but you're suddenly angry all the time and the only things it gives you are dry and burnt and produces nothing to quench your thirst.

But granted, now they are so fast that all the parcels are damaged and they seem to never leave them at the correct addresses.

 

I wish I had a magic pocket that I could reach into and pull out fresh warm homemade tortillas any time I wanted one.

Granted but Every time you get tortillas, a part of your house falls into tortilla land, and eventually yourself, and now you are stuck in this land completely and can no longer communicate with actual people.

I wish I had a magic pen that would turn everything I draw into reality

Granted, but you are not allowed to interact with whatever you draw in anyway. You can see it but you can’t touch, hear, use, experience or taste it.

Granted, you see Santa on Christmas day and you are taken to the North Pole to live, but you find out that as the next Christmas draws near you become more like a toy.
