Hi. I'm new to this and haven't regressed before but.. I know I'm a little but I'm scared of regressing because I just. Have so much to do and I hate it. I'm also in a place where there aren't any caregivers or anyone with an open mind and I'm.. kinda alone friend wise now.

I just. Can anyone even talk to me a littlw? Sorry for big words.

Welcome to the forum. you have found a good place here. There are lots of friendly littles on here who will be best able to help and advise you. They will soon reply to you on here, just have a little patience. I would recommend you spend a bit of time reading posts on here, there is a lot of useful information here. It is also useful to read the short "Forum rules" page.

Hii >w< I'm Caro !! Welcome to the forum, I've found this to be a really awesome place to learn about the community and make awesome friends. Feel free to message me if you have any questions or just need a friend.

I know regressing can be a little hard at first, at least it was to me, but there's so many possibilities, there's many activities you could do, alone or with a caregiver, you could color, watch cartoons/movies, play w toys, watch some ddlg youtubers, dress up cute, have snacks in cute little plates heheh, the list is endless, also don't ever feel obligated to do these things, everyone regresses differently, and at their own pace. Some people do it on a daily basis, some people almost never do it, some people love to regress alone, others find it easier to do with their caregivers, there really is no true way.

Start small, incorporating it to your schedule if you're busy, like playing with bubbles or toys when you take baths, or wearing cute PJs and eating snacks while you study, when you go out try to take something with you to remind yourself of your little side, like a cute keychain, a bracelet or even a little toy on your backpack. Experiment, have fun ^-^

To me it was a little hard to feel a part of the community when I first started, I felt I wasn't involved enough, and this forum has helped me a lot, just try to learn as much as you can, and ask questions !! We're all still learning here.
