A few questions :-)

Hey everyone! I am quite new to the whole ddlg scene but very interested however I have a few questions. I would love if anyone could answer anything for me. (I have also read that nothing is "one size fits all" so I know you can't tell me what I like and dislike but your experience would probably help a lot too!

I am very interested in diapers and pacis and other little things but activities that are more for middles interest me (such as shows and crafts that are for "older" ones and things like talking to stuffies doesn't really interest me.) so how do I know which I am?

Also I am not currently dating but if i were to look for a caregiver is it easier to use a site like this to find a caregiver or just start dating and tell them what you're into?

I like the idea of some rules but I don't really like the idea of punishments because if I mess up im already pretty hard on myself and I want to be a good girl I don't think I would purposefully be mean or anything. Are there some "light" punishments that will correct my behavior but not make me feel bad per say? Or could I just go without the punishments?I feel like if there are no punishments my caregiver will get bored of just taking care of me? Is that crazy?

I have a history of bipolar and anxiety and read ddlg relationships can be like a break from stuff like that. Two questions about that: does anyone have any experience with stuff like that and if so can you share? Also will anyone want me to be their little if I have all that?

And my last question is how do I convey every detail about all of this to a potential caregiver? I feel like if we were just talking I'd miss something. Would we like type it up or something else?
