PrettyLittleGirlyGirl Posted January 27, 2018 Report Posted January 27, 2018 Gutted to see there are no longer any teenage girl magazines in the UK. Magazines were such a loved item growing up I am sad to see them gone. How do I fill this void? Are there any good websites? Youtube channels? The last couple of years I have struggled to find TV/films/magazines/books that interest me and I was going to use teen mags to help me find inspiration
Guest Dulci Posted January 27, 2018 Report Posted January 27, 2018 I know! I used to read so many of them when I was little... mizz, 17, bliss... It is sad they've gone; I picked up a "We Love Unicorns" or something magazine the other day from the shop, £3.99 and... it was fun to read, and I got loads out of it (and the gift was awesome), but it still felt a little lack luster (and there was not much content to be honest) ... I miss the cringe pages! There is a book series I can recommend if you're looking for "teeny" books; The World According to Alex by Kathryn Lamb and anything by John Green (Both for the older little! 12+) I've been looking to fill this void too, so I hope you get some responses!
