Does anyone else feel like this?

I've been part of this community for almost two years now, and that's pretty crazy. There seems to be an ever growing need for all of us to want to reach out and meet each other in real life. But for me it seems a little awkward. Not only because I'm quite awkward to begin with, but because DDLG is a part of my private life and meeting other people makes it feel like it's no long just private.

 

For me, DDLG is my escape and coping with the daily stresses of life and something that I'm not use to sharing with anyone at all except for a select number of individuals I truly trust. Does that void my "membership" with the community that it's not myself style that I live by or a kink I show the world?

 

Does anyone else feel like this? I'm so lost because I really truly want to have some little friends that I can go out with and have fun, but being little all the time isn't me. I am childish but not always little. I'm still a very independent, stubborn woman whose sometimes afraid of her own shadow and can usually adult. 

 

Am I any less of a little because I refuse to share the fact that I am a little with the world?

Am i any less of an lg because literally nobody in my real life will ever know this about me because i will NEVER share it with them? No

 

Am i less of an lg because i am absolutely nothing like 99.9% of nearly every lg i see online? No

You aren't alone. I feel the same way about this as you do. But you shouldn't feel bad about it but embrace it. Just do what makes you happy, your littlespace is what you want it to be

Nope! I share with a select few and everyone who knows at the moment is into kink. You gotta do you, i thibk some of it is a generational thing. We just never put everything out there for everyone to see because the internet was new. I am fairly open woth normal.friends about the fact I am submissive but dont want to share the fact I am a little.
