Ddlg little and age regression daycare.

I've wanted to open up a day care for ddlg and age regression community.

Just like an actual day care. A building you could go to be regress and be little. It'd have play room and crafts. A room for baby little and a room fir middles. Youd get food and care for.

I have a lot of ideas and hopes for it.

I just wanted to see how many people would want to go to a day care meant for 18+ littles and age regressers.

It's not open, it's still unnthe thinking part of it. But I have a list of things I know will need to be done, and I've started looking at places to build and how much it'd cost to build.

 

Maybe in 15*20 years it'll be opened. That my goal

Someone to help with snacks and changings, if needed. A washer and dryer will be needed for during the day, so that blankets are always soft and warm. And a collection of ears for those that need them.

Yup, like I said it'll gave the same issues of opening up a new day care, but for adults.

You have a great idea. One question I have though. It could only be for littles who don’t need to work because their Mommyor Daddy provide solely. Perhaps you can have evening hours. Like 6-8pm for those needing to unwind after adulting.

I was thinking of running it for mainly evening hours, cause as adults we gave jobs or stuff to do in the day. I've even thought of running some times for those who odd shifts.

And even a day for pets once a week.

The more I think of it, the more I think it’s a great idea. Itd need to be opened first in a large city. So that you’d actually have enough people showing.

I wanna open it near Madison Wisconsin, but far enough that you don't have to worry about people in the city affecting it. So if you work in the city, your name would still be safe from being found out

It probris but it would be easier personally to open it here. But if it goes well I do plan on opening it other locations. Having almost like a small teat run here then launch one near a bigger city

It would be cool, but you'd probably need to black out windows to protect privacy of those not publicly out.

 

Also- would you run it during the day or night.

I think night would be more popular due to that fact that people work in the day.

I was thinking that, and have it away from the city and road. Like a long drive way. And I was thinking evening hours and nights and such. But I want to make it easy for every one to enjoy no matter what shift they work or such

She's looking at Wisconsin. A non description building of course, not sure how to zone it though. Filing the paperwork and getting insurance is sure to make some people curious about it. But inside would perhaps be sectioned off for age groups?

This would likely be a cost center for you and it would have to be a hobby. Why? Let's see first off let's go over costs. A commercial lease will be anywhere from 3-5 years with a clause for a specific dollar increase annually. Insurance! Don't think it's cheap like you car insurance. Anyone working but yourself? Workman's comp insurance! Taxes, you'll have all sorts of taxes including taxes you'll have to pay for employees. State license fees, running costs, electricity, maintenance, water, snow removal, office supplies, accountant, Google ad words, seo, website hosting, digital marketing, ect.

 

Now onto finding these littles... Well you live in a small town, and you can't magically import all the littles in the whole wide world to your location. That being said you will now have to find your market share. Is it 1 person?, 10?, very likely you're under 100. Now that you have your validated market share you now have to price admission in order to at least cover your costs. We just quickly figured out only very rich littles will be attending your daycare.

 

Business is tough and expensive.
