I still love watching some of the cartoons from my childhood!

Chip'n Dale Rescue Rangers - I grew up on this one!  It was silly and full of magical ridiculousness, but at the time it felt so serious.  Rodents who solved mysteries and saved lives!  The plot throughout the episode was usually coherent and society within the show reacted to things that happened in a way you might expect actual people would.  I think you could also identify with small animals trying to do big things... things that should have been beyond their ability.  As a kid, we generally feel as helpless to change the world and go out into it as perhaps small animals might with their limitations.  It was inspiring in a way.

The Magic School Bus - The original one.  It taught me a lot of sciency stuff.  Every once in a while when I talk about a certain topic, I'll realize that I learned it for the first time from this show before it got expounded upon by many other things over the years.  It was just so fun and you forget it's educational because the characters are so funny, the music score is so good, and the bus is fun to watch!

Ghostwriter - Eh, okay.  This one isn't a cartoon, but Ghostwriter himself was animated, so I'll count it.  XD  It was a PBS show in the early 90s that was supposed to help improve kids reading skills, but it was so much more!  A team of diverse multi-racial kids solved mysteries with the help of a ghost who could go anywhere and read anything and then form words from available letters!  It was more novel for its time due to the fact that there were no cell phones and yet the kids could still communicate with each other no matter where they were through Ghostwriter, but it still holds up today and I recommend watching it!

As far as modern things, I like to watch things with anthro characters like Bojack Horseman, and Aggretsuko on Netflix.  Looking forward to Tuca and Bertie too!

I love too many cartoons to list them all. However, Scooby Doo is always a must

Lately I’ve been rewatching Steve Universe, just waiting for them to finish up the series- which I kinda hope they don’t. But idk where they’ll go from the current plot twist. :p

And catching up on a season of We Bare Bears that I’d missed.

DD and I have been watching Disenchanted on Netflix intermittently, but idk I don’t like it as much as the simpsons or futurama.
