HELP! How to open my paci?

Hi

I really want to modify my baby paci into adult one. But i don't know how to open it I guess. I don't want to damage it in any way! I add a picture of it below and maybe someone had opened this kind of pacis before and could help me.

Usually the handle/loop part can pop out of each side (pop one side out first and then the other.....be easy and don't force it too hard....it's kind of difficult to get off).  Once you remove that, the middle round part can be gently pulled off and the nipple slides out.
