Tis the Season to Appreciate our Admins and Mods

The holiday season is upon us and there is no better time to appreciate all the work our Admins and Mods do to keep this site running and give us all a safe, friendly place to meet and hang out. We currently have a great group of Admins and Mods and they put in a lot of their own time while also living their own lives, including work, significant others, and families and friends that may not fully know or appreciate them for who they are.

 

This time of year and summer are particularly challenging and exhausting for them (personal observations and not an analysis of statistical data) due to a greater influx of members during these times. While most new members are great, this does lead to an increase in underage (school's out), catfish (tis the season), and predatory (they are aware of the increase as well) members. The Admins and Mods will have their hands full dealing with these issues. They won't always be in a great mood, be having a good day, or have time to chat even when they would like nothing more. 

 

To support them, just report and be patient. They will get to each crisis in time. Acknowledge them with a thanks. Again, without them, this site wouldn't be possible.

 

So, thank you Admins and Mods. I don't envy you, but I do appreciate you.

All I can do is say thank you , a tear filled thank you. It’s not easy doing what we do , but it’s worth it to keep everyone here safe and happy.

I agree with Dean i think you  the Admins and Mods diserve a shout out , big thank you and a huge hug for all the work.

Its more apreciated then you think. You guys make it all happen.

 

 

So from here ,  thanks for it all, and wish you all the best for this years end incl Christmas.  That 2018 may be a year all works smoother and nicer  coverd in love .

This forum was our home even before we signed on as staff. And as monkey said, we do what we do to make sure it is safe for all of us.
