No little time!

So a lot has been going on lately and it's super stressful. My natural response to stress is going into little space but there's too much on my plate so I have to fight it because there's too much that needs done as an adult. Life is just in the way of little time!!!! Does anyone else have this issue? How do you deal with it?

I do not have this issue right now but is there anyway you could squeez in little space time? Even if it just an hour. Aside from little space if i get to stressed out i read or do some yoga.

Thank you. Reading and writing is definitely manageable right now, but there's so much going on that little space just isn't possible. There are too many people in my house right now to comfortably have little time and it's hard.

I get that. With the holidays and such coming up it is super hard. I hope things will calm down soon and you can get time to yourself. ^.^~

Not only is it the holidays, but I also work full time, plus we have 3 kids and a very active life so I have had like ZERO time to be little. Then the only time I DID have...we spent fighting instead SO....

Not only is it the holidays, but I also work full time, plus we have 3 kids and a very active life so I have had like ZERO time to be little. Then the only time I DID have...we spent fighting instead SO....

Noooo fun about the fighting! We have 2 kids of our own and 3 more staying with us through the holidays... A full house and busy lives!!! Plus it's basketball season so it's full on mom time! Plus I work at home and trying to get work done is near impossible!

 

How do you deal with it? It's so hard not to just lock myself away for a while and go into little space.

When I was in bootcamp, it was certainly not the place to do go into my little space, so I would do breathing exercises and sing Disney songs. That would really help me calm down after a long day going through drills, or after a watch. It was the closest thing to a compromise I could come up with. Maybe that would help?

That could possibly help and if not at least it could help ground me into adulthood lol.

Maybe instead of setting aside a chunk of time for little space, just be little whilst you're dong your day to day things? Maybe when you're doing work or cleaning you could put on music in the background that you like when you're little or just when no one's watching, you can take a few minutes to yourself. Not being able to be fully little for a long time is difficult and it takes me a while to get comfortable even when I do have the time with my Daddy, but every little thing counts towards making you feel atleast a little better! 

 

If you have some time just before you sleep you could be little then too in private away from everyone!
