Guest Wholockprincess23 Posted November 20, 2016 Report Posted November 20, 2016 First, Wholockprincess23 your name is AWESOME!! But I think you are missing the 'super' **giggles** Secondly, I love this idea! I struggle with doing certain things on a daily basis and making a chart and rewarding myself may help with that. Hahaha. I use this username on a lot of stuff and the place I first made it wouldn't have let me fit super. It's definitely one of the best things you can do for yourself. I struggle with anxiety and depression and often don't have much motivation. Also, I have fibromyalgia. It causes a lot of pain in my body. Having a chart helps me motivate myself and overcome my daily struggles. I feel so proud each time I complete something, too! I have simple things like brush hair, take medication, eat at least 2x (I'm bad at remember to eat), brush teeth, wash face, and shower. Typical things we should take care of. I also had stuff in that I don't do often enough, but should. Read something, do something relaxing, Swedish Lessons, write in my journal, etc. You can just think up things you want to do for yourself and go from there! I just use a ruler, a black marker, and then decorate it with colored markers if I feel up to it. Then I just go out and buy some stickers and use them. I found some pretty glittery hearts for $2.50 at Walmart. There are 250 of them. You'll just have to look around for good deals. 1
PrettyLittlePrincessAlison Posted November 22, 2016 Report Posted November 22, 2016 I made one on a whiteboard with all my daily chores. I have little magnets that I move around to check off that I have done certain things. I wrote on it with sharpies and put princess stickers all over it. If I am a good girl then at the end of the day I get to put a sticker on our calendar and after a week of green star stickers I get something fun.
Daddy's_Babygirl Posted November 22, 2016 Report Posted November 22, 2016 I've tried reward charts but they were sooo complicated... Daddy struggles simplifying so he tried to give me different tasks I had to complete for different point values and chores and not doing it gets rid of this many points... too complicated for me...
Aisling Posted December 3, 2016 Report Posted December 3, 2016 Has anyone ever set one up as an Excel Spreadsheet and made it so you can just print a new one every week? I can picture what I am talking about. Maybe I can make up an example tomorrow and show you somehow. I'm new here so I don't know if you can attach files to posts or not.
MisterMomo Posted December 15, 2016 Report Posted December 15, 2016 (edited) This has not to be complicated... you can keep 1 sticker or point per good thing you do and add them to get a reward. Each sticker can have a given value in minutes of game with daddy or a gift with X points/sticker ..... id say it can be Both! .... The more simple you keep it... the more usefull this chart can be. So maybe today you got 5 stickers.. then you have 10 or 20 min of game with daddy (depending on the number of min per stickers you get)... Tomorrow you have 5 more stickers... then you have again Game time with daddy.. AND you reached 10 stickers so you can have a gift/reward!! ... Edited December 15, 2016 by MisterMomo
PrincessFaye Posted January 8, 2017 Report Posted January 8, 2017 Hai!!! I don't know if there is a topic for this please let me know My Daddy and I are trying to find good rewards when I do all my chores >.< We use ChoreMonster app and she's having a hard time, any ideas? All I could think of is new stuffies and color time 1
Lt.SassyRed Posted January 8, 2017 Report Posted January 8, 2017 Make a chore chart where you gets a stickers for doing you chore then at the end of the week if you did all you chores then you gets a new stuffie
PrincessFaye Posted January 8, 2017 Report Posted January 8, 2017 We use ChoreMonster in the app it gives you tickets for completed chores, Daddy verifies with pictures because we don't live together but I trade in my tickets for rewards. I just don't have many rewards, at this pace I'll have a million stuffies which is great for me but not daddy's wallet

Wren_the_Fox Posted January 8, 2017 Report Posted January 8, 2017 Annnnd now Daddy and I are downloading this app (and Mothershp) so that I can have a cool chore reward system! Thank you for the idea, PrincessFaye. 1
Guest Posted January 8, 2017 Report Posted January 8, 2017 I think when I get to be with my daddy irl, I'd love to go to Target and get little things from the $1- $5 area as rewards. Not sure if they have Target where you are but I love getting all the little goodies from that area.

Lots of $1 Disney stuff, coloring books, puzzles, and craft stuff!
Guest bad_apple Posted May 21, 2017 Report Posted May 21, 2017 Edited to add Lolita's suggestion So far, cheap/free LDR reward ideas are: Send something in the mail (card, pictures, coloring page, etc) Send something in email (card, pictures, coloring page, etc) E-cards Draw me a picture Write me a story/poem Sing a song for me Read me a story Set up a small playlist for me to listen to Extra time up Being sent a personal item (hoodie, shirt, etc) Aww. I like that list
littleplanetjas Posted December 6, 2017 Report Posted December 6, 2017 So I've been looking for a while on making a little rewards/chore chart to help my discipline, and after searching through different physical templates and apps and such, I came across this app called Chore Monster! The caregiver downloads a separate app called MotherShp and sets up your tasks/chores, as well as different rewards you can redeem with the points you earn by doing said tasks/chores. I'm gonna be setting it all up tonight with my daddy, but I thought I'd share it. Let me see your rewards charts! 3
Kawaii Posted December 9, 2017 Report Posted December 9, 2017 oh that sounds awesome!! I don't have chores and etc yet but wanna talk to Daddy about setting some up, it makes my inner sub so so happy to have them.
smallprincesssarah Posted December 9, 2017 Report Posted December 9, 2017 I'm really excited to get back to my chore chart! My CG and I are lax about it during the semester when we have classes (I don't have to check it off on my chart, but I also don't earn rewards for doing everything), but now that I have free time I can go back to my chart!! My chore chart adds the all important structure to my life when I don't have school going on.
FluffyBunnySparkles Posted December 10, 2017 Report Posted December 10, 2017 Love this idea! Thanks for sharing. I was looking for an app for chore tracking
Persephone_Persephone Posted December 10, 2017 Report Posted December 10, 2017 I'm abit old school, when I had a rewards chart with my ex we made it ourselves and I got to colour it in and use my stickers to decorate it. We kept it very straight forward and stuck it on his fridge with my other creations. It was such a joy to literally have it there and go to put my stars on it for my good things. The app sounds awesome for LDRs. Let us know how you get on with it!
