Differences between Age play and DDLG

Well, recently I joined a DDLG facebook group. And I was a little stunned because many people defined the ddlg as the same as the age play. And for me they are different things.

Then they're different for you. I personally don't age regress at all, but ddlg is what I claim because I feel it fits me and my Master as far as my personality goes at times. There's no rule book on this stuff. You do your dynamic however you want. If that's with age play, cool. If not, that's cool too.

I think they are too. Ageplay is basically roleplaying during sex. Ddlg is more authentic. Littles feel little, they're not just acting a certain way. Daddies show responsibility in other ways besides being dominant sexually.

I see age play as a sexual thing but I know many people that think of age play as age regression

The simplest way to put it is DDLG is a dynamic, and age regression is an act that can happen within that dynamic. You can have one without the other.
