Guest pinkgliitter Posted November 30, 2017 Report Posted November 30, 2017 Hi everyone. I have been a little for about 5 years now and this is the first time I have ever found myself unable to get in to little space. I try doing little stuff and I have little friends who I talk to but its still really hard to get in the head space I want to be in. What can I do?
babymeegan Posted November 30, 2017 Report Posted November 30, 2017 theres a possibility its because theres too much going on in your life, meaning stress, school, work, ect. try to balance out all of your stress and see if that helps.
Guest Loki Posted November 30, 2017 Report Posted November 30, 2017 Sometimes I go through periods of “little insomnia” and when that happens I just do things that middle me or adult me find fun. Eventually little space comes back. The brain is a muscle and sometimes muscles need variety. I look at my headspaces as workouts for my brain and emotions. Just like leg or arm exercises, to be healthy they need a range. That’s just me, tho. Everyone is different. Hope that helps :3 - Colors.
daddysbabyharley Posted December 13, 2017 Report Posted December 13, 2017 I've been having a lot of trouble the past few days getting into little space. Nothing I have tried has helped.
Guest DeathSquadBrat Posted December 13, 2017 Report Posted December 13, 2017 Sometimes when I'm having a little drought, I submerge myself in little space by talking to other littles. Allowing myself to be hyper, eating candy. Doin all the stuff. Most important thing to remember is that this happens to SO many people. It can be hard to get into little space if you're stressed or depressed. Or anything similar. So be sure to practice self care! Take a bath, watch your favorite movie. Buy yourself a treat if you can. Always remember to tell yourself that you are smart, capable, beautiful, and loved. Because you are. Be kind to yourself. Also be sure that you're giving yourself a break too! If you're in little mode all the time; you're gonna burn out.
