I always get my clothes from storenvy or etsy, with search words like: Cute, Kawaii, Fairy Kei

I'm more of a middle, but I've gotten some cute skirts from Torrid, knee highs from adult stores like Cirilla's and even Walmart, and I have a lot of accessories from Forever 21. Online I've seen a lot of cute accessories on Etsy and clothes on Amazon, but I haven't ordered any yet.

onesies downunder, little for big and even blackmilk sometimes have little style clothes (though they are on the pricey side and only go up to XL)
