The beginning if a story I decided to start working on! ^-^ Basically, there's an island that exists where it's just for people involved in BDSM dynamics! That way you can be whoever you want without fear of judgement. I'm gonna try to have a lot of different dynamics in it... the main character (for this one story) is in a Master/pet dynamic. I think I'll make these short stories ^-^ If you have a dynamic and characters to suggest, suggest away! No fan-fics though ;w;

I looked back at the almost empty airport and then towards the boarding gate. If I stepped on that plane my life would change—probably permanently—but for the better. If I didn’t, I’d be stuck at a dead-end job I hated and in a city where I had no family or friends.

“Last call, miss.” I jumped as the man manning the counter smiled at me apologetically. He knew where I was headed. There was hardly anyone on this flight save a couple guys and at most a handful of girls my age. I readjusted my backpack and took a deep breath as I handed my ticket over to be scanned. As I walked on-board the plane and took my seat, I stared out the window at what was likely to be the last time I’d ever see Houston.

I felt the knots in my stomach unwind as the plane took off. I knew I wouldn’t miss Houston, much less the life I was leaving behind. What was ahead of me was much more promising, much more exciting. It wasn’t every day you were offered your dream life, but the life I’d dreamed of for years now wasn’t your typical one. Most girls dreamed of meeting a handsome man with money, settling down with the perfect little family and the pretty home. Me? I dreamed of service, of making the man I married happy, of collars and chains, of a life with no choices, nothing left to doubt. It sounded abusive and screwed up, but who was left to judge me? No one.

I settled back in my chair and snuggled down with the little pillow given to me by the attendant. It was going to be a long thirteen-hour flight but well worth it when I landed.

-----------------------------------------------------------

                I craned my neck above the small crowd gathered, looking for James. He said he’d be at the airport to pick me up, but I hadn’t expected so many people given the number of us on the flight. It seemed like they all had a small family waiting for them as soon as we got to luggage claim. I huffed when I couldn’t see James, frustrated more by the fact that I couldn’t just message him to see where he was. My phone had no service here, wherever here was exactly. James never gave any specifics and I never really asked.

I was about to give up when I saw a collar come over my head before someone was fastening it snuggly around my throat. Had he not given me a heads up this would be happening, I might have been freaking out. I smiled warmly as the familiar leather settled against my skin and I heard the snap of the leash as it was attached. Had this been any other airport, I might have been hurrying to try and remove it, but similar scenes were happening all around. Some more physically revealing as some girls were inspected by their Dominants. A few of the guys were being fitted with their outfits, standing proudly by as their respective Dominants had bags grabbed by others who’d tagged along.

“How was your flight, Kitten?” I shivered as James kissed my neck, squeezing the muscles there briefly before he took my backpack and handed it off to his driver, motioning to my checked bag as well. I felt a light tug as James grinned, holding my leash and smiled as I followed closely behind him to the car, feeling for once completely at peace. I’d only been to this island once in the past and it was a very brief visit. James had brought me here to see if I liked it and truly wanted to come live with him on an island where Dominants ruled as far as their submissives would let them. Of course everyone had their own idea about how their dynamic worked and that was good and well, but there were a set of laws that had to be obeyed at all times to keep things from getting out of hand.

Anyone wishing to be allowed to live on the island had to pass a medical clearance and yearly check-ups, possibly more if the doctors required it. You had to sign paperwork stating that you understood what you were getting yourself into and more paperwork about your limits. Police were specially trained and most, if not all of them, held psychiatric degrees of some level. Specialists were flown in on a case-by-case basis if such a situation warranted it. Alcohol was limited and monitored. There were also monitoring systems in place, which initially sounded horrible but after talking to James for a bit about it, I came to agree with them. A chip was inserted upon arrival that kept track of your location and vitals always, the information being fed back to the hospital. It was considered the same as your regular medical files, private unless necessary. It sounded like a lot to me when he first explained everything but after discussing my limits, getting the medical paperwork out of the way and psych exams, the rules and laws seemed easy to follow.

I watched out the window as we drove up the coastline to James’ house. It wasn’t a mansion by any means, but it was a very beautiful place to me. A beach house that was shaped in a circular manner, the center left open as a garden with a decent sized pool and patio area to entertain guests. As the house came into view I found myself unable to sit still, almost bouncing in my seat, eager to open the door and run. James wouldn’t allow me to do such a thing though and the raised eyebrow he gave me showed he knew exactly what I was thinking as I grinned at him with a childish giggle.

“You’re excited, aren’t you Kitten?”

“Yes! Why wouldn’t I be? I finally get to live with my husband and live the life I’ve always dreamed of.”

He chuckled as the car slowed to a crawl before it was put into park and the door nearest to James opened by the butler. “Thank you, Thomas.” James nodded as he got out of the car and straightened his t-shirt before he motioned that I could come out. I scooted off of the seat just as Thomas pulled my bag from the trunk and placed my backpack on one shoulder, giving me a smile.

“Welcome back, Miss Jessica.”

“Hi Thomas! Thank you so much for grabbing my bags!” I glanced at James, an unasked question passing between us as he nodded and I grinned, almost skipping to the trunk as I gave Thomas a hug. The old man was the closest thing I had to a father figure and he knew it. He gave me a small hug back before I returned to James’ side and looked down at the hand that held the end of my leash. He kept it looped around his wrist, holding onto the black nylon, tiny purple, pink and blue hearts and bones embroidered into the material. James had had it specially made for me almost six months ago. I grinned as I turned my attention back to him and he smiled before he nodded his head towards the house and I grinned even bigger, “Yes!”

As we got inside, James led me back to the bedroom, unclipping my leash. I gave him a questioning look, almost pouting as he chuckled. “It’s only until you get yourself changed, Kitten. I’ll put it back on then, okay? We have a dinner to go to tonight celebrating your arrival, as well as a few of the other new submissives.”

My eyes got wide, “A dinner? But…but…” I frowned, looking over at the outfit on the bed before James grabbed my chin between his thumb and index finger, lifting my eyes to meet his. “Is dinner going to be a problem?” I pulled away a bit too fast and James began to frown, catching the attitude in my expression. “Kitten. Is dinner going to be a problem?” I began to respond, getting cut off quickly, “And you better tell me the truth. You know what happens to kittens that lie.”

I huffed and sat down on the edge of the bed to the side of the outfit he’d laid out for me, messing with the edges of the dress. “I was hoping to spend the evening with you.” I muttered, “It was a long flight. I’m tired and I’m hungry and I haven’t gotten to see you in a month.” I winced, noticing how much it sounded like I was whining. James grabbed both my hands, pulling me off of the bed into a big hug. “We won’t stay long, alright? Just long enough to tell everyone hi and eat and then we’ll come straight back to the house. How does that sound?”

(Still working on more!)
