PrincessSassyFace Posted November 5, 2017 Report Posted November 5, 2017 So recently my daddy got deployed (its gonna be over a year) and I'm doing all the household stuff now including the finances. I've never done them before and while we aren't struggling with both of us working, He wants us in "aggressive saving mode". Between work, keeping myself busy so I don't get depressed/super stressed, finances, all household responsibilities and the over all stress of him being where he is, I don't get little time often and when I do, i can't seem to really relax enough for it. This is the first time I've had to do everything and for him to be deployed. Any tips? And telling him isn't an option, his mind needs to be on his mission.
Princess Bunni Posted November 5, 2017 Report Posted November 5, 2017 (edited) I'd say plan out a schedule, factor in everything you need to do daily, and add in little time as one of those things. I know it's not very spontaneous, but maybe once you fall into the habit it will become easier. Also try and plan your little time so that it's super enjoyable. Wear little clothes that you love, put on your favourite show, and get your favourite snacks, and hopefully that will help I wish you all the best with this! Edited November 5, 2017 by Princess Bunni
