LittleKitten13 Posted November 5, 2017 Report Posted November 5, 2017 (edited) Hai! So, I'm a little, and I really struggle with remembering to brush my teeth...so I want to do a sticker chart, and every time I brush my teeth, I get to put a sticker on it...once I fill up my sticker chart, I get a reward. That's great...but...I don't know what my big reward at the end will be.... I DO use my DS as rewards, but I use it where, "Okay I finish X, I get to play some games on my DS," so I know it wouldn't work there...and I do have a job of my own, so if I want food, I go get food, if I see a stuffed animal I CANNOT live without, I might just get the stuffed animal...so...I'm at the point where I really want to do this...I just...don't have a reward in mind.... I was just wondering if anyone might have some suggestions for a good reward at the end. Edited November 5, 2017 by LittleKitten13
Guest McLeodLot65 Posted November 5, 2017 Report Posted November 5, 2017 Is there anything you want, but then you say "Oh, I shouldn't get that, it's (too expensive/too sugary/too little) for me?" Whatever that thing is.
Daintydragon Posted November 5, 2017 Report Posted November 5, 2017 Maybe coloring books? I would love to go get a pedicure, so maybe that's something to look into. A haircut, etc. <3 I wish you the best of luck finding your reward!
Ripley heart Posted November 5, 2017 Report Posted November 5, 2017 Whenever I need to think of a new reward its always a blanki or something that makes me happy. Try thinking about what makes you happy and build on that.
Daddy's_Babygirl Posted November 5, 2017 Report Posted November 5, 2017 So I have a slight hatchimals obsession (the little ones.... I’ve never gotten a big one) so I use those a lot for rewards. We don’t do a sticker chart as Daddy says he should be able to reward me as he sees fit, but I do get rewards. Daddy also knows when I need something new and cute. I totally recommend looking for something small that you can collect as a reward. This opens up tons of possibilities without them taking up much room/money.
Guest Arc Posted November 5, 2017 Report Posted November 5, 2017 If you set a reward, just avoid that reward unless you do complete the chart. I have a goals chart and when I reach them I buy myself stuff like a new book to read, get my nails done, or get a new piercing. 1

LittleKitten13 Posted November 5, 2017 Author Report Posted November 5, 2017 Thanks everyone. I think I've decided on one of those thick fuzzy blankets with animals animals on them. They aren't that expensive, but I can never justify buying one, because I have a lot of blankets.... If Wal-Mart doesn't still have them, I think a book I've been wanting. Thank you everyone for your advice! 2
