Rules for a sub.

My little wants to become submissive. Im looking for a standard set of rules for him to follow and punushments that i could give him. I need assistance. Any advice would be helpful. Any guiding would also be helpful!

Oh, that so depends. What are you trying to accomplish with rules and punishments? To express the relationship? To help him with something he wants to work on? To have fun? Something else?

Definitely agree with @mcleodlot65 here. One persons rules doesn't just work for another person. I don't need a rule stating that I have to brush my teeth twice a day because I always do that on my own, but I DO need a rule that says no swearing, and one that says I can't watch scary movies by myself. There is no one size fits all. Talk with your sub, ask them if there's a rule they feel like they really need, talk about possible rules and things you might want to try.

Yep, all rules and punishments are subjective. A punishment for one would be a kink for another. A very important rule for one would mean nothing for someone else. To give an obvious example, lots of littles have a "no alcohol on weeknights" rule, or something similar. i am teetotal, so that would be beyond worthless to me.

Rules and punishment needs to be geared towards the individual.
