Disabilities with ddlg?

Was recently talking about her being interested in being a little but she's having trouble with wanting to join the community. She's had a few rude people tell her since she has a disability, she's very likely to find a CG who will actually like her. Which I know isn't true for soo many reasons, but she doesn't believe me. Being in disabled community myself I know it tends to be difficult but she doesn't want to believe me anybody have any words of wisdom or have opinions on the matter?

Errrm not sure who the person in question your talking about is but look around on here. Nearly every little has a illness of some kind and many such as me have never had an issue getting a cg.

So frankly whoever told you that nonsense is abig meanie face who is putting vulnerable people down for having a disability. I suggest stay away and do your own thing.

Lifes too short to be listening to those ignorant twaddle talking nasties (I didnt swear good for me!).

popins is right about that, you need to give your time and attention to those who deserve it, however, it would be nice to give some more context, what type of disability does your friend have ?

I like to think everyone here is mostly nice and respectful but no matter where you go or what community you join, there are always going to be people that judge you and are rude to you. It's just part of life, disability or no. If someone is rude to you, block them and pay no mind. Don't let the minority spoil it for you. 

I understand that it may be more difficult for her to find a CG but there is someone out there just waiting to smother her with love and cuddles.There are so many successful vanilla couples who are disabled so why should this be any different? I really hope she can look past those awful people, I'm she she would be very welcome here and hey, you won't ever know if you don't try.

Unfortunately there are people in all walks of life that show ignorance and prejudice. This dynamic is a relationship, same as any other in the respect of people having likes and dislikes etc. Sure, there are people that would choose to not get involved with someone with a disability, but of course there are many, many people more that it wouldn't bother at all. That's true of anything i guess. Race, colour, age, physical or mental state, distance, gender etc etc etc. Obviously that's not an extensive list. Just a general idea of what i am trying to say.

None of this has anything whatsoever to do with ddlg, just humans.

To cut a long story short, lol, forget what one ignorant person said, cos it's a load of rubbish.

Seconding what everyone said here - There are plenty of CGs who love littles with disabilities as they are. Don't let the haters get you down. <3
